The customer support is horrible.

I was struggling with login to their site for weeks and every time i answered their email I have to wait a day or two for getting an answer back

They was so focused on I must have make a failure that I have to test too many things until they actually find out it was their login system that had a bug

No sorry or anything!

Just waste of time and money where my products I had paid for didn’t work

So so maybe you should find someone else who take their customer much more serious.

We have designed our validation process to be as seamless as possible. We send plenty of reminders, and the verification process takes just a few minutes. We know yearly verification is yet another to-do on your list, but unfortunately this is not a EuroDNS-only requirement: NIS2 affects all domain providers in the EU. In any case, we are actively improving the process to make it even easier. We hope you will have a better experience next time.

so hard to get logged in. password reset was glitchy and after it reset it let me in but then it kicked me back out and I can't get back in again. Way too much hastle

Very happy with the service and the ease at contacting support.

I have seen numerous complaints about EuroDNS and wonder what has gone wrong with these clients and cases.

I have used EuroDNS for, must be over ten years and have experienced very few issues. Everything is straightforward except the installation of the FREE SSC.

My latest experience with Loris in technical services over the past few days has been very good. She has been quick to react and tried to resolve my problem, which she eventually did.

I like the website creation software provided and the FREE SSC. However, I have had great difficulty in installing this, the SSC, myself. I tried for hours; I found the instructions to be lacking and confusing. with certain items missing i.e. the source of the CRS.

In the end, this afternoon, they offfered to install this for me, for a fee of 25€. I am really happy to pay that in order to save me time and stress, my main wish is that Eurodns would make this a permanent option. I hope someone is listening.

I personally cut my teeth on HTML and Dreamweaver, but I am getting on a bit now and I find a lot of this stuff daunting. Paid support is something I would be happy to consider.

I really do like Eurodns and am happy that they are based in Europe and not in some far away place.

I will continue to use them as I am migrating all my web sites from Wix, which is based in Tel-Aviv and who have proved to be almost impossible to contact.

EuroDNS – A Masterclass in Failure

Great at taking payments, useless at everything else.

EuroDNS is a nightmare. Everything about their "service" is broken except for the billing department.

The Onboarding Loop: It took me 3 hours and 10+ attempts just to verify my phone number. No errors, no feedback, just a total waste of time.

"Ghost" Support: Tried calling—unreachable. Tried chat at 1 PM CET (prime business hours for most of the world)—and got a "We're away right now" automated message. Who is actually working there?

Broken DNS/MX Records: You literally cannot set up external mail properly. They force a suffix onto MX records, making it impossible to point to a external mail server.
Cannot even change the Namesever: I already paid for my domain, yet when I try to update the Nameservers, the system adds the domain back into my shopping cart.

This isn't professional IT; it’s a buggy, automated mess that traps your domain behind a paywall you’ve already climbed. Avoid this registrar at all costs. Absolute insanity.

Phone verification: This should be a quick step, not a repeated loop. We’d like to investigate what went wrong on your account and resolve it immediately.

Support availability: We understand how important it is to reach someone when you need help. If our team is not immediately available, you can always leave a ticket.

DNS / MX configuration: You should absolutely be able to configure external mail servers without unnecessary limitations. This sounds like either a configuration issue or a bug, and we’d like to look into it directly.

Makkelijke en efficiënte site

Het is eenvoudig om met de site te werken en de nodige instellingen te doen. Ook betalingen verlopen vlot en efficiënt.
Jammer dat er geen mogelijkheid is om in het nederlands te werken, dat zou nog een mooie aanvulling zijn.

The transfer process was almost flawless. However, when I tried to update my own contact address, I was notified that any update would be charged as a trade, hence it would be billable costing twice the annual domain fee.

Regarding the contact update, we understand how this can come as a surprise. In some cases, changes to registrant details are treated as a trade (ownership change) rather than a simple update. This is based on registry policies, as it involves transferring legal ownership of the domain, which can incur a fee.

Service is fine, not cheap, but reasonable price, considering that never had any troubles or difficulties for more than 7 years od use. I'm satisfied and recommend the company.

Very poor experience.
by default the self renewal is on and even if mails from them goes to your spam folder, EuroDNS have a no refund policy.
Definitely very poor service

Ich bin mittlerweile extrem frustriert…

Ich bin mittlerweile extrem frustriert vom Support bei Euro-DNS.

Schon die Standardmeldung „außergewöhnlich hohes Anfrageaufkommen“ scheint dort dauerhaft zu gelten. Lange Antwortzeiten wären noch verständlich, wenn die Antworten hilfreich wären – sind sie aber leider nicht.

Statt sich wirklich mit dem Anliegen des Kunden auseinanderzusetzen, habe ich wiederholt den Eindruck, dass Anfragen nur oberflächlich beantwortet werden, offenbar mit dem Ziel, möglichst schnell zu reagieren, statt das Problem tatsächlich zu lösen. Dadurch entsteht ein unnötiger E-Mail-Ping-Pong, bei dem man sich immer wieder erklären muss, ohne dass echte Fortschritte erzielt werden.

Als Kunde fühlt man sich dabei nicht ernst genommen, sondern eher abgefertigt. In der heutigen Zeit erwarte ich vom Support, dass Anliegen verstanden, strukturiert geprüft und nachhaltig gelöst werden – nicht, dass man mehrfach dieselben Informationen liefern muss.

Mein Fazit: Ich bin mit dem Support von Euro-DNS sehr unzufrieden und wünsche mir deutlich mehr Kundenorientierung, fachliches Verständnis und lösungsorientierte Kommunikation.

No understanding of business

Can not understand how an organisation can have so much power to take down a website without any contact details.

A crazy situation trying to run a day to day business and their emails look like spam!

I believe this is an issue with NIS2 verification. This is not a EuroDNS iniative, but an EU-wide law meant to secure the entire digital space.

We send 3-4 emails with links to the verification process. We designed an easy process that can be done in multiple langauges, online and by phone. As far as our emails being spam, none of our domains have been blacklisted and we maintain best practices constnatly.

All that being said, we understand that you are busy, and oversights and mistakes can happen. Our support team is here to help guide you through the verification process, and if need be, help you reactivate your domain.

Pas convaincu par l'application de NIS2 et la vérification lourde des e-mails et des téléphones des titulaires et contact. D'autant plus que nous avons également un bureau d'enregistrement français et un autre allemand (spécialistes de la gestion des extensions géographique) qui n'ont pas mis en place ce système.

Predatory 500x price-jacking post-purchase

I have been a happy customer of EuroDNS for close to 10 years - I have recommended their services to many others. However, the predatory and dishonest experience I've had today has soured this completely - and I can no longer recommend this service.

- I purchased a domain a few days ago.
- EuroDNS confirmed the order and accepted the payment.
- A few days later, they cancelled the order, and cranked the price of the domain by 500x

This is predatory and I'm very disappointed. I recommend you take your business elsewhere.

This "Free SSL" they give is hidden behind 9 locks, took 45 mins to find it. It's misleading on purpose, so poor customers will buy expensive one, because the free one they advertise so generously (all normal hosting companies activate ssl automatically) - they are going OUT OF THEIR WAY to make it as hard as possible to activate the free ssl. As soon as hosting expires i'm moving my client's website somewhere else.

Eurodns suspended my domain without any…

Eurodns suspended my domain without any prior notice, causing serious disruption. When I requested the authorization code to transfer my domain—a completely reasonable and standard request—they refused to provide it.

Denying customers access to their own domain is unacceptable and raises major concerns about their business practices. If you value transparency and control over your domain, I recommend choosing a different registrar.

Mira yo el nivel que piden para mantener un dominio es muy alto yo no poseo conocimientos profesionales de informatica. En esos temas. Yo lo que necesito es un gestor de Eurodns que me lleve mis dominos porque en el puedo confiar pero si lo pido alguien de fuera me pueden estafar. Se paga un plus por llevarlos al dia y aqui paz y ahi gloria. Pero asi o no se ni lo que hecho si tengo privacidad sino etc y como yo deben haber muchos porque a todo el mundo le hace ilusion tener su dominio, fuera de lo profesional, ya y eso es mucha gente que no tiene ni idea y por miedo no.se meten. Cuanto mas accesible esteis, mejor para vostros, al ciudadano de a pie, menos miedo mas compra.

Nuestro objetivo es precisamente ese: ofrecer un entorno seguro y fiable, donde el cliente no tenga que preocuparse por aspectos técnicos como la privacidad, la configuración o el mantenimiento diario. Tomamos muy en serio tu comentario sobre la necesidad de un acompañamiento más cercano y accesible, porque sabemos que cuanto más sencillo y comprensible sea todo, menos miedo habrá… y más confianza para avanzar.
