ETC Electrical Omdömen 

Initial contact was great, ordered 10 bulbs and spoke to a nice helpful staff member who confirmed the order and got the products out same day!

Goods arrived the day after and one of the bulbs was smashed, incidentally the bulbs were packed in a plastic courier bag, I am shocked 9 arrived in one piece.

Reported within 5 minutes of the delivery, emailed pictures and the delivery note and the company is refusing to resend one "in case of damage" therefore not fulfilling my order. They said they would refund the damaged one leaving me to locate buy another and pay extortionate postage for one bulb which contractually should be resent. The only reason for not replacing is to save postage on their part.

Could have been a good experience but alas another company putting profit over customers.

Fantastic service. Ordered items arrived in 2 days. Items are of excellent quality and have enhanced the look of the hall/landing.

Asked for delivery to the office, got delivered on a Saturday when closed, re-delivery they did exactly the same. ETC response not their issue its the delivery company... Not very helpful will never use them again!!! ordered on 18th November and still not got !

Good stuff at good price

This is the second order I have placed, the first one arrived late, they showed the items in stock. However what it means is it’s in stock with the manufacturer/Suplier they don’t have it. Tried them again again for a couple of plugs and blanking plates. Placed order on the 6th for a 1-2 day delivery, it’s being delivered today 14th

only received part delivery, had to call several times continued to promise to call back with reason but never did.

I chose ETC as I needed some Niglon RCBOs. Of the 3 that I ordered, one arrived damaged. This was only apparent when the electrian opened the package to install the RCBOs.
Despite the Consumer Rights/ Distance Selling laws that require ETC to cover the return postage for a damaged item, they refused to do this even when I spoke to them on the phone, leaving me out of pocket.

The company was let down by the carrier they use Parcelforce. The experience with ETC electrical was mixed some communication was prompt and some was not answered at all.
Overall the product ordered was fine and the tracking was good

The quantity of an item on their website was wrong, I wanted 6 but they only sent 3 making the postage of £7 expensive compared to other suppliers!
