I ordered a cooling fan off their very impressive website.
The only thing that was impressive.
Delivery date is based on item leaving the store in 24 hours. What is not said is this is in Hong Kong. Therefore delivery is approximately four weeks and no tracking.
Fan is very low quality and one claim of being whisper quiet is untrue.
Contacted company for the trouble free return and refund and was given various options but not a full refund. First 10% then 20% which I finally gave into.
The upside is that did get transferred to my bank.

ordered my air conditioner from company called picadex,but apparently operates under two names.avoid this pile of trash.ordered air conditioner on 25/06/2026, have received no info from this company not even a confirmation email.paid for 24hr delivery, where is order could not tell as no info.oh yes they took full payment on 25/06/2026. They can take your money but give no info or product.apoears they have lots of claims against them including high court judgements of which mine will be one if my money is not returned. Tried contacting by email to request my money back as order cancelled,alas the email bounced back as there email address does not exist. Bank have been instructed to recall the payment.WHAT A SHOWER OF ****.

Please please!!! Do not order any items from this company, I placed an order yesterday and received no confirmation email or tracking information, then discovered the item was listed on Amazon for half the price and at least they are legitimate, so now I have to go through my bank for a refund as it’s pending so I think I might of got off lightly, just wish I’d researched more

Delivery time promised but still waiting 72 hours after a 24 hour next day delivery promise.
Allegedly a company in the UK.
No one answering a UK mobile contact number.
Feels like I have been scammed.

Scam Chinese company. Fan didn't work. They say they have 4.8 stars on trustpilot - I beg to differ.
Their guaranteed refund does not happen. They say the small print says no!
£27 down the pan. Keep to ebay and amazon, at least they sort out dodgy companies like this.

Do not buy from this company things do not turn up and if you email them they block your emails

This review is for the company Picadex.
Firstly they say they are a UK based company and dispatch from the UK.
This is rubbish as my tracking included Airport clearance, delivery driver airport pickup and dispatched from China and took 10 days to arrive ?.
Secondly and the most disturbing is the writing on the box of my Bladeless fan.
It's described as Blad eless Fan and has instructions for a hairdryer ?.
Inside the box are only a cable and operating instructions and no makers name or logo on the device. No invoice, sales note, return address paperwork or warranty options.
Just for these reasons I will avoid this company in the future.

Scammed like other purchasers. Chinese company, ships from outside UK, does not respond to phone calls, emails or messages. Item received is nothing like ordered.

I’m doing a review for people who are worried after ordering like I was after seeing all the poor reviews.
I must say my experience with Picadex was fab, received my 2 wall lights in just over a week, lights were both working with no damages. And very good quality lights.
Maybe I was lucky who knows but wouldn’t write them off immediately

Scam. Not UK business. No goods received. Having to chargeback. Does not answer phone, WhatsApp not delivered and emails are unanswered.
NOT BASED IN, AND DOES NOT SHIP FROM UK.

Serenity wall clock nice but paid £29.99 and its on shein for £9.99 also battery operated wall lights are much more expensive on this site plus delivery wasn't quick. Could be they buy from shein then send on to customers at a much higher price.

I now realise their website is a work of fiction. Especially the 24/7 support. Ordered a black fan and received a blue one. Phoned customer service no , left a message asking how I might return this item. No response.Left a message through what’s app.Was asked to send photo of item received. Which I did.No response. Sent a message asking when I might receive a reply.No response. Well done Picadex or pomadexyou have ripped of a 76 year old lady.

Very disappointed with this purchase. The lamps do not look like the photos shown on the website at all. The quality is far below what I expected, and the price is extremely overpriced for what you actually receive.

The website advertises “free returns,” but this is misleading. Free returns only apply if the product is damaged. If, like me, you want to return the item because it does not meet your expectations, you are required to pay for shipping back to China yourself, which can be very expensive.

I feel this is deceptive and unfair to customers. I want to warn other buyers before they make the same mistake. These plastic lamps can be found much cheaper on sites like Temu⁠, often with similar or better quality.

Overall, a huge disappointment. Poor value for money, misleading return policy, and a frustrating customer experience. I would not recommend this company.

DON’T order from here. I received the item but it wasn’t as advertised. I contacted them asking to return it but they kept offering me discount to keep it which I didn’t accept. They said they would generate a returns label but 40 plus emails later I am yet to receive it and now they’re not responding to my correspondence.

Do NOT buy from Picadex. Sent inferior product and then will not do a refund.

still waiting for a product I ordered over 10 days ago they are liars not based or dispatched from the UK
EDIT: product arrived today from a London address (following arrival from abroad) ... Working and seems ok so far. 3 starts because of the deceptive message on website and not sure of the quality of the product yet

Horrific - they shipped out a mirror which never arrived. I asked them to show proof of delivery - they sent a generic photo of a package in a van with no discernible details. I think this website is a scam. Beware.

have ordered the shower head, on website, the picture shows silver but received black in colour so I've contacted the company for a refund and they've ask me to pay for the returns, which was free, so I went to website and checked that says free retuns so send the picture and their reply was sorry it was a mistake. I have settled down with the 10% discount. The product was £30 and I am still waiting for the refund. I have send the email again regarding my refund and reply was, we refunded from our side it might few days to come. It was 2 weeks ago. Please be careful with this scammer and don't order anything from them. They are such liars and don't trust the information is given on the website.Pomadex and picadex is same company making people fool

Absolutely appalling company. I purchased an item and shortly after I cancelled, money was still taken from my acc and to send anything back is a joke.
Never ever buy from this company.

Please do not waste your money. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing air conditioner. It was cracked and faulty. The emails demanded I video the fault. To prove it didn't work..I asked for label to send it back but they refused unless I proved it was cracked and faulty. I pointed out they would see that when they got it back. They flatly refused. Please avoid this company. Go else where.
