I ordered a TURBO shower head, costing £30 ,, it eventually arrived about 2 weeks later ,nothing like the pic/video advertised, No turbo pressure at all,the spray coming out the shower went everywhere (some jets sprayed sideways wetting everywhere), I tried messaging them on WhatsApp, it's now saying. This person is no longer available, it says on their website UK shipping, Total lie ,,DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY

Charged instantly but no email confirming my order, I should have looked at Trustpilot first. Luckily it was £40 and not more as it’s likely a parcel I’ll receive in a month and not as described or won’t receive ever

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Ordered an item, eventually arrived not as described. Website states shipped from UK, tracking information clearly shows otherwise. Contacted company requesting return which, after many emails back and forth with them trying to get out of, they stated that they would prepare a return label. Seven days later and still waiting, how long dies it take to prepare a shipping label?! Avoid this company at all costs.

I bought a rotary head shaver called OrbCut Self Haircut Kit from Picadex (Pomadex in disguise) and it was totally rubbish from China so I asked for return label the same day I received it. That was about a week ago and 15 emails later. They keep stalling and offering a partial refund which I refused several times. I pointed out my statutory rights but they keep saying they are preparing a refund label? How long does it take to send a label. I have threatened a bank disspute but they take no notice so I am now going to do just that. Be careful using these companies from China as they have cleverly opened UK posting hubs to make it look like they are UK products with the relevant product safety. Same goes for Halovision!

Terrible… do not order from this company its a scam

When I eventually got the product as they didn't have my address?? The product was damaged I requested a refund. They will not give a refund no matter what. They only offer a replacement. At one point they were very condescending and patronising in their response calling me 'dear'. They are now sending me a replacement which I don't want and once again asked me for my address. Don't use this company.

Shocking company not a UK base company comes from China trying to get a return is impossible. Please be beware of this company.

Absolutely DREADFUL customer service , delays in arriving, delays with emails, they will try any and every disreputable method possible to entice you to keep a product which by their own guidelines of 6-10 working days arrived 13 working days later . You are not told about the 6-10 days to after they try to entice you with partial refunds etc DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS CROWD OF CROOKS IVE EVERY EMAIL SHOWING THEIR BLATANT DISHONESTY

Do not order from Picadex you will not receive the goods and unless you paid by credit card you’ve lost your money. These people are scammers.

Was worried I had been scammed after reading all these reviews! The mirror definitely came from China, not from Birmingham so that was the first red flag, and the tracking was so vague and took 10 days rather than 2-5 promised. However, it did arrive (in proper packaging and great condition) and I’m really happy with the mirror. Is it a bit overpriced? Probably. But it’s good quality, works perfectly and looks really chic.

8This has to be the worst possible company you could buy lighting from or as a customer service experience.

I had a client on a well paid interior design project insist on using Picadex lights for their design brief. Foolishly I agreed to do so in order to keep my client happy.

Picadex took my money and failed to deliver the products on time despite advertising themselves as a having a UK warehouse in Birmingham they ship from.. I can assure you they don't.

The product arrived damaged and needed to be replaced with myself paying for return shipping. I argued this as I had to pay out an additional £400 on replacement lighting in order to keep my client happy and avoid legal comeback.

A replacement was eventually sent and not wanted, I sent it back and requested several times for:

1. Their head of compliance contact details
2. Owner of MD's contact details
3. Confirmation of head office address to speak with someone in person

Everytime, I was stonewalled and gaslighted by anonymous customer service agents who refused to answer my questions despite my threats of legal action.

Having done research and spoken to my solicitor we discovered

1. Picadex's registered London address in Covent Garden is vacant and outdated
2. Picadex's Birmingham based warehouse is actually occupied by a Jetting company and not them.
3. The registered owner is Rachid Rouchdi who lives in Casablanca, Morocco.

In essence I am unable now to process and send legal documents seeking compensation as the actions are outside of the UK and at a substantial cost greater than the £400 lost on top of the mental stress this awful company caused me.

In essence I would urge all folk to avoid this company at all costs. Their items are poor quality, don't arrive on time and they do not have an ethical policy of communication with their customers choosing instead to hide behind anonymity and arrogance. An absolutely crooked company who obviously feel invincible.

I have reached out to Klarna and Clearpay who are doing their own investigations into them and looking to remove them from their vendors list.

I'm sure they will pop up as reply/footnote to this review offering to help and explain their circumstances. They are absolute liars and unethical in their customer charter.

Bottom Line - Avoid Picadex at all costs

Only gave 1 star as cant give none to put my view This company needs reporting to Trading Standards as it is falsely advertising goods that are different to what you think your buying Waited almost 4wks for goods that were inferior to description Avoid avoid avoid these scammers as many reports have said

Never received the item I purchased online. I have get to be refunded- utter nightmare of a company don’t use them

The goods are poor quality and nothing like advertised. They advertise as a UK based company they are not, it turns out they are a Chinese drop shipping company. It states easy 31 day returns it is not easy to return the items and also not advertised that if you do want to return they want the item returned internationally to China and the returns cost to be paid by the customer. This is not stated.

Scam. Received goods that were nothing like advertised. Took ages for item to arrive, to ages for refund. Don't believe anything you see about 5star ratings. It's all bull.

Not convinced it’s a real company! Waited since Feb 28th and no item and the tracking tells me apparently delivery was unsuccessful however I work from home every day? Scam company. Paid £60 for no goods

I can say that I was very happy with the service I received and my beautiful mirror .
It was delivered when they said it would be delivered. It works perfect and looks lovely on my chest of drawers
. The packaging around the mirror was very good , I got in touch with the company via email regarding the delivery date and got a reply . Such good customer service I was so pleased with the service I emailed them directly to show my thanks and gratitude . I wouldn’t hesitate buying from them again,

Stated next day dispatch - tracking doesn't work - worst of all, the number on their website and facebook page is fake. Scam - do not buy.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! I am only giving 1 star as there's no provision to give none. What a horrendous company to deal with. After over 3 weeks of placing my order and still not receiving it l have kissed goodbye to any chance of getting it. Picadex have also refused to refund my money as they maintain they posted it and it seems it's "not their fault I haven't received it" Please Please NEVER shop with this company EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a light up mirror from Picadex.com. I can honestly say it was the BEST customer service experience I have EVER received from any company. The item arrived from overseas, not the UK, but that said, it was trackable, quick and reliable. The mirror itself was absolutely perfect, packed well, and just beautiful. I initially received the wrong colour but after sending an email I received an almost instantaneous reply, stating that they would send me the correct one, and true to their word, 10 days later I received it. The communication was above and beyond and I felt very valued as a customer. I'm not sure if I was just lucky, reading the reviews here, but I certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as I'm delighted with my purchase and would use again.
