I ordered two items that were never delivered. After contacting customer support, I was told they would investigate and get back to me within 2–3 business days.

Five days later, having heard nothing, I had to chase them for an update. Instead of providing any proof of delivery or a clear resolution, I was asked to fill out additional forms in order to claim against Royal Mail to receive a refund.

As a customer, I should not have to go through unnecessary administrative steps for a delivery issue that is entirely the company’s responsibility. The whole experience has been frustrating and time-consuming, especially considering the problem stems from their failure to deliver the order.

Very disappointing service. I would not recommend.

Wonderful service, beautiful product packaging and really swift delivery too. Sadly I actually don't like the smell of the diffuser I chose, but that's not the company's fault, just not a great choice on my part, which is unfortunate cos it's very expensive. I would definitely use Escentual again.
