You sent the older version of the product I ordered; website picture and product description referenced the new (and improved) product. You shipped the old version. The reason i bought from your shop was the availability of this particular product, which had improvements and a better formulation than earlier versions (UreaRepair PLUS 10% Foot Cream was the product I thought i had purchased. So call it bait and switch or, at best, sub-par and irregular business practices, but the experience was not what i had hoped or thought i had transacted. Should have purchased it elsewhere I guess.

I order 2 items in same time i received 2 parcel attached to each other one of them is empty loaded with paper yeh loaded with paper when I track it it's show me picture of me receiving the 2 items but one of the parcel was empty just sent email and txt to the company waiting for reply explanation the missing item order number is :803296893
It's my first time trying this website .hopefully they will take my complain with care and sort the problem otherwise I will never order from it again
