Yanlış anlaşılmadan dolayı sizlere haksız bir şikâyette bulunduğum için özür dilerim. Aslında yaşadığım olumsuz deneyim Boycar ile ilgiliydi. Bundan yaklaşık bir yıl önce aracımı sizden kiralamıştım ve hizmetinizden çok memnun kalmıştım.

Bu yanlışlığım için tekrar üzgün olduğumu belirtmek isterim. Gösterdiğiniz ilgi ve hizmet kalitesi için teşekkür ederim. Bundan sonra da tercihim her zaman siz olacaksınız.

Ne kadar utanç verici bir şirket. Sordum, Whatsapp Service bana 900 € fiyat verirken, ofisteki kişi 480 € teklif etti. Her geçen yıl daha da kötüye gidiyorlar. Tam bir dolandırıcı şirket.

Erboy İzmir Havaalanı şubesinden bugün Fiat marka araç kiralamak için başvurdum. Önceden özellikle bilgi almama rağmen, aracı teslim almaya geldiğimde online ödeme yaptığım halde, kredi kartı istenerek sorun yaşadım. Ayrıca, daha önce belirtilmeyen zorunlu 3000 TL kasko ücreti talep edildi, ancak bu ödemeyi yapmadım. Sonrasında 50 Euro depozito alındı ve işleme devam edildi.

Şirket çalışanları ilgisiz ve hiç güleryüzlü değil, müşteri memnuniyeti kesinlikle gözetilmedi. Müşteri yaklaşımınız ve işlemlerdeki tutarsızlıklar nedeniyle bir daha tercih etmeyeceğim ve kimse etmesin. Çizgiden kiralayın bence

SLECHT CORRUPT ONBESCHOFT

Ik heb een auto gehuurd bij deze corrupte bedrijf van 10 t/m 16 mei 2025 vestiging Izmir.
Ten 1ste is met mij een bedrag afgesproken van 176.30 euro ze schrijven van mijn credit card 182.80 euro af.
Ten 2de ze schuiven een schade wat er al op zat op mij af dat ik dat veroorzaakt heb, terwijl ik een extra verzekering heb afgesloten voor kleine schade , wat mij extra 5 euro per dag kost
NOOIT bij deze bedrijf een auto huren
Zo een slechte bedrijf en personeel heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt

Don’t rent a car from this company. I paid for full insurance. When i parked the car someone hit me and drove away. I tell this to the customer service of erboy and sent them a picture on whatsapp. And they say: no problem, when you return the car our people at the car park will help you. When i returned the car they say: where is the police report, we can not help you. You need to pay extra money. I asked them many times why didn’t you say i have to fill a report when i sent you a message on whatsapp. They dont answer and only tell me that i should read their website. Their customer don’t care about you, he literally said this is not my problem. Don’t rent here.

Just been left high and dry at dalaman airport at 4.30 am with mrs and 3 young kids !!!!

Had a booking confirmation and deposit paid in advance.

Ich bin äußerst enttäuscht von meiner Erfahrung bei ERBOY RENT A CAR IN IZMIR . Trotz einer bestätigten Reservierung habe ich kein Fahrzeug erhalten. Nach meiner Ankunft wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass keine Autos verfügbar seien, obwohl ich im Voraus reserviert und bezahlt hatte.

Der Kundenservice war unprofessionell und zeigte KEIN Interesse daran, mein Problem zu lösen. Ich musste mir auf die Schnelle eine andere Lösung suchen, was mir zusätzliche Kosten und viel Ärger bereitet hat. Diese Firma ist absolut unzuverlässig, und ich werde definitiv nie wieder bei ihnen mieten.

Total Frauds, after rental we signed of our car at 04:00 in the morning, they signed of the returning document by their worker on duty, there was no damage visable at that moment. 6 hours later they come back via whatsapp that i allegedly had some damage and they do not want to reimburse my deposit of 150 euro. Dont use Boycar as they have no respect for rules, they could have made the damage themself after we left the car in those 6 hours and now they blame it on me. Never using Boycar again, i recommend you do the same.

Great service from a friendly and welcoming team. Collected at the airport and taken to the clean and comfortable office. Paperwork sorted quickly and efficiently. Our car was new, well-maintained and clean. No problems, no hassle.

This was the worse car rental ever. First of all I did not get the car I ordered (although I had brand and type guarantee). Then the car tank was totally empty when we drove away. And when we brought the car back there was a little jar in the windshield. I had extra insurance, but had to pay on the spot and I am still waiting for my invoice so i can get my money from the insurance company. Never ever will I use Erboy again .

Das sind Betrüger vorsichtig mann kriegt die kaution nicht zurück nach auto abgabe erreicht man niemanden es heißt wir melden uns bei ihnen finger weg !!!!!!!!!

Ich habe am 15.06.23 online für unser Sommer Urlaub vom 05.08 bis zum 19.08 Reserviert gehabt und auch eine Bestätigung bekommen. Ich bin mit meiner Familie 6 Personen darunter auch meine gehbehinderte Mutter am Flughafen nachts angegkommem, am Stützpunkt von der Firma angekommen wurde mir eiskalt gesagt das es kein Auto zur Vermietung bereit steht obwohl ich mehrmals per info Whatsapp informiert, und sogar kurz vor Bording geschrieben wurde Ihr Auto steht für Sie bereit, wir freuen uns auf Sie, wurde ich bei der Ankunft am Flughafen eiskalt abserviert!. wir sind nachts um 21:00 Uhr gelandet ich musst ca 3 Stunden alle andere Autovermietungen abklappern um überhaubt ein anderes Auto zu bekommen und das haben natürlich diese Ausgenutzt und gleichmal das 2 fache verlangt was es eigentlich kostet!! ich wurde regelrecht dazu gezwungen das überteuerte Auto zu mieten um meine Familie Kinder, kranke Mutter von diesen stapatzen, Leid und kummer zu befreien und nach 3 Stunden losfahren zu können richtung nach Hause. Diese Geldgierige Firma ist Skuperlos und ohne gewissen, lässt Sie in jeder hinsicht im regen stehen egal mit kindern kranken..ect..pp!! Bitte vermeiden Sie diese Firma und machen ein sehr weiten bogen!! möchte nicht das Sie auch das erleiden was ich zu 100% erleben musste!!!.

Havalimanina vardimizda.. aracin olmadini ve tek özürdileriz diyerek suratima sanken cok normalmis gibi konuyu kapatmaniz hic etik değildi!. Ben Ailem ile ve engeli Annem olmasina ramen beni Havalimaninda gece gece madur etdiniz! 3 saat havalimaninda başka sirketleri hepsini kapi kapi dolasip araba aradim ve sizin becereksiz organize yüzünüzden 2 katini ödedmek mecburyietde kaldim bir araba bulmak icin!!!!

Sizin yapmis oldunuz bu davranis en dip terbiyeziklikden baska birsey degil.. Do not rent your car from Boycar. They are a scam. The business model is based on low costs at start, and then collect money at the end based on made-up claims, so you end up paying more than with a known Rental company.
In our case, we have travelled from Izmir to Antalya where we have dropped off our car on 7th May at 1030. The office in Antalya was quite difficult to find, even based on information that Boycar provided. It is located in an obscure site at 5km from the airport.
Boycar observed a scratch on the side on the door of the car. Ironic is that I have not observed it at all when I had washed the car on the return day and the day before. More important is that I have purchased a scratch insurance, which should cover scratches. However, this was denied as Boycar had not put my paid insurance in their system, and also not on the forms.
We had to pay an amount and asked where our police report is. But I told him that we do not have a police report, since we have not had any accident or collision. He laughed, insinuating that I was lying.
We had to pay 1000 TL plus 100 Euro, so around 150 Euro in total. I have told him that Boycar will get a bad review at the start of the season, but he did not seem to care.
I have had contact afterwards with Boycar with Mehmet T as customer support and provided proof of payment of the scratch insurance. Mehmet reacted that the amount is higher because of the currency rate at the airport, which is nonsense. Customer care and support is zero.
In short: avoid this scamming company if you do not want to get robbed from your money!

Bir daha,Erboycar mi tövbe bir yildiz bile fazla

Ich habe die gleiche Erfahrung wie Aynur machen müssen - Kaution abzüglich Maut wurde angeblich überwiesen, war aber durch Kontoauszüge belegbar nicht der Fall. Die Gegenseite lieferte nie einen Beleg für die angebliche Überweisung, weder eine Transaktionsnummer noch sonstige Belege. Einfach die lapidare Behauptung "Betrag wurde überwiesen". Meine Bank holte die Kaution nach 4 Monaten zurück - jetzt muss Erboy erst einmal detailliert aufstellen, wie hoch die Autobahn- und Brückengebühren waren. Bei uns war das Auto auch miserabel, voller Macken und Schrammen. Trotzdem und trotz des bereits bei der Buchung abgeschlossenen umfangreichen Versicherungspakets versuchte man uns mit windigen Argumenten, Zusatzversicherungen anzudrehen. Leider erst in einiger Entfernung von der Anmietstation fiel uns auf, dass der rechte Blinker defekt war. Zudem hatte das Ersatzrad keine Luft. Meines Erachtens eine unseriöse Firma, nie wieder!

Wir haben in Istanbul neuen Flughafen ein Auto gemietet. Es hätte jemand da stehen sollen mit unserem Namen. Das war aber nicht so. Dann nach 2mal anrufen wurden wir außerhalb vom Flughafen abgeholt und dann erst zu unserem Mietauto ca 2-3km außerhalb des Flughafens. Haben auch ein fast neues Auto bekommen Übergabe gut verlaufen jedoch war beim buchen ausgemacht Tank Voll und bei Rückgabe wieder voll das war aber nicht so, leer und zurück leer. Eigentlich geht das gar nicht.
Bei Ende unseres Urlaubs musste ich x mal anrufen bis jemand kam zur Übergabe des Autos am Flughafen .
Warteten 1 Stunde das der Polizeiwagen uns fast einen Strafzettel verpasst hätte da man da nur 10min stehen darf.
Als wir dann wieder zuhause waren warteten wir auf unsere Kaution von über 70 € nach Abzug Straßengebühr und Brückenmaut. Vergebens nach x mal anrufen und über A Carflexi über das wir es gebucht haben. Hat es alles nichts gebracht. Angeblich hätten sie es uns überwiesen aber das Geld kam bei uns nie an.
Gauner einfach nie wieder auch würde ich ein Auto mieten über Car Flexi die haben auch nicht groß was unternommen das wir unser Geld bekommen.
Bucht bloß nichts da nur abzocke.

Lauf schnell weg wenn ihr diese Händler irgendwo trifft!!!

Scam-like and very sketchy … don’t book with them. We were supposed to get a car delivered to the airport in Antalya and not only did noone show up (that can happen sometimes I guess…), once they did come a full two hours after the initial time (only after multiple calls to their headquarters in Izmir), a completely unapologetic guy showed up in a tiny car which our group of 5 did not fit into (because of their driver), we were then driven to their lot 15 mins away, only to be told that their card reader was not able to put a deposit on our card (which was the same card we had booked with). Even this would have been fine with me, as we offered them to pay the deposit in cash or use a different card - and here is where things got a bit crazy: they simply did not want to find a solution. It was like talking to a wall. So my guess is, that they either did not have a car as promised and wanted to shift the blame from them or that they have some kind of scam going with the deposits. Either way, after hours and being stranded at their office we walked a few doors down and rented a more expensive car from a different outfit. Just stay away from them.

The worst experience I ever had when I hired trough VIP Cars
I hired a Mercedes Vito but got a Peugeot
This company doesn’t even have an office at the airport
They are waiting for you to get their car and what is the best way they can rip you apart Erboycar
I had booked the car at 1500 hours but till the time I got the car was 1750 with no fuel in the car
I had a zero excess insurance but the agent wanted me to buy insurance at €35 everyday and he told me the insurance which reflects on the voucher issued by VIP cars is not valid and if anything happens I have to pay him that was my bad in going for a cheaper option
The worst was yet to come
I had to pay €500 refundable deposit
When the returned the car there were 2 agents this time checking the vehicle in and out pointing out to stuff and damages on the vehicle to which I had videoed it and had photographers to which they said all ok took my signature and when I asked about the deposit they said you will receive in 2 weeks
2 weeks passed I had to contact VIP cars and they said they will get in touch with the hire company and get back to me
The worst nightmare came when they send me an invoice in Turkish and they had deduced €365 and issued me a refund of €135
I queried and they charged me for cleaning the car €235 rest was till charges which they had put on their own invoice
I contacted VIP cars again they got back to me and again put their hands up claiming the car company said they have issued an invoice and that’s it
I emailed VIP cars about what they claimed to have cleaned I had the photographs of the car seat when I hired it
VIP cars asked me to deal with the car hire company directly which I did and they said the same thing we have refunded you and when I send them the proof of the photos I had taken they have not responded yet
I am amazed at how VIP cars have such a high rate on Trust Pilot maybe that’s a scam as well for people to consider their website
Hope no one has this experience of hiring a car to save some money and in fact pay more and all the stress you go through
