Réservation confirmée, mais voiture refusée au guichet pour un prétexte absurde : permis suisse + nationalité turque = refus. On m’explique qu’il faut être de nationalité suisse (!). Totalement incohérent.
Aucun problème pourtant il y a trois mois dans la même situation.
La réalité est simple : forte demande à cause d’un festival à Adana, ils préfèrent relouer plus cher.
Personnel désagréable, aucune solution proposée.
Ne prenez pas le risque : annulez et allez ailleurs, surtout à l’aéroport de Çukurova.

Total bait-and-switch. I booked and paid for a Full-Size SUV weeks in advance. When I arrived at Istanbul Airport late at night with my two young children, they claimed the only car available was a Citroen C4 (a small hatchback).
This is a calculated scam. They bank on parents with exhausted kids being too stranded at midnight to find another agency. They forced my family and luggage into a tiny car half the size of what I contracted for, with zero accountability or professional courtesy.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They will take your money for a premium vehicle and leave your family stranded with whatever is left on the lot. Absolute fraud.
Car Jet and Windy Car are two fake…
Car Jet and Windy Car are two fake companies that have joined forces and are deceiving customers. Even though I have a premium full insurance package, they took my money of 285 USD and are not returning it. Windy Car took my money and said Car Jet should return it. Car Jet says that Windy Car is responsible. That is your goal!

Last summer I rented a car here by windycars at airport sabiha gokcen and handed over my credit card because they asked for it. That was very naive of me. The card was brand new and I had only used it with them.
After I returned abroad, they made transactions on my credit card without my permission. They used it for groceries, holidays, and other purchases.
I didn’t believe the reviews at first, but now I really regret it. ITS A SCAM!!! DO YOU NOT BELIEVE ME? READ THE OTHER REVIEW OR GET ME SCAMMED!
Never rent a car here
I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience with Windycar really deserves to be shared.
We booked a car in Istanbul via the Enuygun platform. The reservation clearly stated Mercedes Vito, including the vehicle image. Based on this information, we completed the booking and paid in advance. We were also told that an 8000 TL deposit would be taken from a single credit card, which was completely acceptable for us.
When we arrived late at night to pick up the car, we were shocked to hear that the vehicle was not a Mercedes Vito, but an Opel Zafira. We immediately pointed out the discrepancy. The staff responded by saying it was listed as “or similar,” even though this wording was either extremely hidden or not visible at all in the Enuygun listing. Even the staff member could not clearly show us where this was written.
At that hour, finding another car was impossible, so we were left with no real choice but to accept a car we never wanted.
As if that wasn’t enough, the deposit conditions were suddenly changed. Instead of one card, they demanded two separate credit cards, both under the name of the driver. Splitting the deposit between cards or paying part of it in cash was not allowed. We were put under serious pressure and left in a very uncomfortable situation.
After a long struggle, we managed to solve it through online banking, but the stress, confusion, and lack of transparency were completely unacceptable.
To be clear, the car itself worked fine. However, the misleading listing and rigid, customer-unfriendly behavior overshadowed everything and nearly ruined our holiday experience.
I strongly advise future customers to be extremely cautious. What we experienced felt like a misleading sales practice, and it seriously damaged our trust.
Transparency and honesty are essential in car rental services — unfortunately, that was missing here.

Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with Vindi Cars, and I feel obliged to share this so others can be careful.
We rented a car in Istanbul through the Enuygun platform. The listing clearly showed Mercedes Vito (both name and photo), and based on that information we made the reservation and paid in advance. We were also informed that an 8000 TL deposit would be taken from one credit card, which we accepted without any problem.
However, when we arrived to pick up the car late at night (around 10–11 PM), we were suddenly told that the vehicle was NOT a Mercedes Vito, but an Opel Zafira. We immediately objected and said this must be a mistake. The staff insisted that it was written as “or similar”.
When we checked the Enuygun app again, the photo was clearly a Mercedes Vito, and the “or similar” wording was written in very small letters, almost hidden, which feels extremely misleading. At that hour, with no alternative cars available, we were basically forced to accept a vehicle we never intended to rent.
Then another problem started:
Originally, the deposit was supposed to be 8000 TL from one card, but suddenly they changed the rule and demanded two separate credit cards, both belonging to the driver. I only had funds on one card. We even offered to split the deposit between my card and a friend’s card, or to pay part of it in cash — all refused.
“Procedure is procedure” was the only answer.
At that point, we were completely stuck. Canceling the reservation late at night would have left us without a car. Eventually, after a lot of stress and wasting time, we managed to arrange the deposit through online banking — but this should never happen to customers.
To be fair, the car itself and the driving experience were fine, but the booking and pickup process felt deceptive and stressful. What happened seriously damaged our trust and almost ruined our holiday.
This experience felt like a bait-and-switch tactic, and I strongly recommend future customers to read every detail very carefully and be prepared for last-minute changes.
I hope Vindi Cars improves transparency and treats customers more fairly in the future.
NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY
I made a reservation and paid online to this totally unprofessional, and scam company. I have been renting cars in Turkey with many companies for the past 15 years using the same driving license with no problems, i also have international driving license. When i arrived to Çukurova airport to pick my car, the manager didn't accept my driving license for no reason at all, he was so rude and gave no excuse to provide me with my paid rented car. I STRICTLY ADVISE NO ONE TO RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. 1 STAR REVIEW IS OVER RATED FOR SUCH A COMPANY.

Complaint Regarding Incorrect HGS Charges and Poor Service ExperienceAt the end of September
At the end of September, I rented a minivan at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport. Upon arrival, I was asked to provide two credit cards, which had not been indicated beforehand. The rental was made through Carjet, and their website also did not mention that two credit cards were required. Eventually, the issue was resolved.
However, after returning the car, the rental company charged me twice for HGS (the toll payment system for highways), totaling more than €160. I called several times to ask how it was possible to be charged so much within just four days, but I was never able to reach them. I know exactly how many times I passed through toll gates, and each gate clearly shows the toll amount — those amounts do not come anywhere close to what they deducted. I will never rent from them again.

They are stealing money, this is the worst problem. When I arrived to a pickup point, they asked for my credit card. I gave them my digital card without CCV, but then the guy said they need CCV and shown me the UI and CCV was required for blocking a deposit. It was more then 2 month ago, when I was on vacation in Turkey. Today I received a notification from my bank to enter one time code for a 34099 TRY purchase in Turkey, or around 820 USD. This was the only place I had ever shown my digital card code. The car was nice, maybe because it was not cheap. We had waited for more then 1.5 hour before they took us from the airport, it was frustraiting. Other services were good, the personnel were smiling, gave us water and a car with empty tank. It was gybrid SUV, but the battery was dead so we could only use gasoline.

Stole £120 from me. Within 2mins of me booking the car, they contacted me on WhatsApp saying they did not want to wait at the desk for my flight to arrive and would refund me in full. I agreed. Now they are refusing to refund me claiming it is my fault because I did not present a credit card at the desk, even though they cancelled the booking before I arrived, and ignoring my screenshotted proof of their WhatsApp refund promise

Awful service avoid at all cost! They weren't at the airport to pick us up, it took us an hour to get contact with them and had 6 young children with us, they weren't located at the airport and were in fact a 5 minute drive outside the airport. When we eventually got to the office they then charged us 90 euro for 2 cars as they said it was passed 11pm and said we should come back tomorrow if its a problem!! They then said they would need credit card in case of damages whist we hired the car (std practice) but they actually charged us £235 straight away that I'm still waiting for a refund for. When i returned the car and complained they said due to poor service from them they wouldn't charge us the toll fees as a gesture of goodwill but they lied and charged us anyway. They were part of the package we used with Jet2 and I will be complaining to Jet2 to say they are an untrustworthy company that should not be used

This company is a scam, be very careful and better to avoid dealing with these scammers, they charge your credit card for no reason. I have rented a car for only two days and after two weeks they have charged more 160Usd claiming that I broke the hand break button, which was broken when they gave the car to me and till now no one replies to you and their customer service is bad.

Fraud Alert !!! This company is a total scam. I rented a vehicle for 11 days which according to them included full comprehensive insurance plus additional cover for windshield, tires, rims and bumper etc. I was asked to pay a non-refundable deposit upon booking and was informed that I will not be charged another depoisit while collecting the car at the branch. I was however, charged another deposit while receiving the car at the brach which is located outside Trabzon airport. I had a minor accident which barely scratched the car and which according to my contract should be covered by the insurance. However, upon returning the vehicle I was spoken to very rudely and asked to pay extra money. The attendent wasn't even willing to listen to my side of the story and clearly said they didn't care about what their own reservation team stated during the booking and I now had to deal with them. I did not pay any additional amount and just left the branch. These unprofessional scumbags did not have the shame to even drop us back to the International terminal and I along with my family which included small children had to walk for 20 minutes to reach the terminal. Unprofessional is an understatement, they are professional liars and frauds. I do not expect them to return my deposit back. Please DO NOT book with this company !!!

Arabayı kiralarken terminalden alıp, terminalden geri vermeyi özellikle seçtik ve TIKLADIK.
Daha önce bir farklı araba kiralama firmasında tıpkı bu servisi seçmiştik ve hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamamıştık.
İkitane çocuğumuz olduğu için bu servis bizim için elzem ve çok önemli.
Fakat gece aktarmalı geldiğimizden dolayı iki uçağımızda gecikti ve doğal olarak verilen saatin aksine geç kaldık, geldiğimizde kimse bizi çıkışta (Terminalde beklemiyordu).
O yorgunlukla, iki çocukla, ve bavullarla birsürü yol yürüyüp bulmaya çalıştık kendilerini.
Başka bir araba kiralama firmasındaki arkadaş sağolsum yardımcı oldu ve WindyCar şirketinden birine ulaştık.
Daha sonra bizi almaya geldi, ama hic insancıl değildi.
Şirketin ve sistemin o saatde kapandığını öne sürerek arabayı çok hızlı bir şekilde kullanarak büroya gitti.
İkitane çocuğumuz var ve gece karanlıktı, yaptığı davranış çok yanlıştı.
Kendisinin bizi beklediğini ve gelmediğimiz için gittiğini tekrarladı.
Evet bu konudaa haklı olabilir, uçağımız geciktiği için geç kaldık.
Uçakta olduğumuz içinde haber veremedik, ama kendileri çok ilgili olsaydı uçağın iniş saatine bakıp gecikme olduğunu görebilirlerdi kolaylıkla.
İlgilenmeden özen göstermeden geri dönmek en basiti tabii.
Daha sonrasında biz fullkasko yapmamıza rağmen halen eşime kasko satmaya çalışıldı.
Ayriyeten eşim yine özellikle olmamasını istediği için tıkladığı kaporayı istediler, yine aksi öne sürüldü ve yine ödeme yapmaya mecbur bırakıldık.
Arabayı almaktan vazgeçecektik, ama maalesef gece geç bir saat olduğu için ve diğer firmaya sorduğumuzda arabalarının kalmadığını söyledikleri için mecbur kaldık diyebilirim.
Şimdi olsa yine almazdık ve taksiyle giderdik.
Kiralma esnasında Arabada yanlışdı.
Biz büyük ve vitesli araba kiralamıştık, fakat bize küçük ve otomatik araba verildi.
Biz bu sınıf araba kiralamamıştık.
Fiyatı tabiiki değişmedi otomatik olması öne sürülerek daha pahalı olan fiyat kaldı arabanın küçük ve yanlış olmasına rağmen.
Dönüşte ise yine Terminalden teslim verecektik arabayı, ama yine gittiğimizde kimse yoktu.
Biz bunu ajentada yine özellikle tıklamıştık.
Gelişte hadi gecikme oldu diye yoklardı, giderken niye yoklardı?
5-10 defa aradıktan sonra bir bayan açtı ve yanlışlık olduğunu ileri sürdü ve bizi suçladı bürosuna getirmemiz gerektiğini söyledi.
Halbüki zaten büroya götürmemek için terminalden alıp verme şıkkını tercih etmiştik.
Tekrar yorulduktan sonra 2 beyi gönderdi.
Biz servislerinden hiç memnun kalmadığımızı ve googlede yorum yazcağımızı söyledik kilolo bey beni tehdit etti.
Ben ömrümde böyle bir insan ve çalışan ile karşılaşmadım.
Bayan olup çocuğumu kucağımda tutarken kilolu beyefendi beni birdaha araba kiralayamıcağımzla tehdit etti.
Sisteme sizi geçerim görürsünüz gibi terimlerde bulundu.
Başka hiçbiryerden araba kiralayamazsınız dedi.

Ich habe im Juni während meines Urlaubs ein Auto bei dieser Firma gemietet und meine Kreditkarte ausschließlich hier verwendet. Noch im Urlaub wurde meine Karte wegen eines „technischen Problems“ gesperrt es erfolgte keine Abbuchung. Nach Rücksprache mit meiner Bank wurde sie wieder freigegeben.
Etwa einen Monat später wurden vier unautorisierte Transaktionen an verschiedenen Orten mit meiner Karte durchgeführt. Ich habe meine Karte keinem anderen Unternehmen ausgehändigt daher besteht ein ernsthafter Verdacht, dass die Daten hier kompromittiert wurden. Ich habe umgehend Anzeige bei der Polizei erstattet.
Denken Sie zweimal nach, bevor Sie dieser Firma Ihre Kreditkarte geben! Es besteht das Risiko, dass Ihre Kartendaten missbraucht werden. Ich habe es selbst erlebt ich warne, damit es anderen nicht genauso ergeht. Schützen Sie Ihren Urlaub und Ihre Finanzen seien Sie vorsichtig!

Wir waren Ende Juni in Izmir und haben ein Auto gemietet. Nachdem wir das Auto wieder abgegeben haben, habe ich Tage später immer noch E-Faturas erhalten wegen der Autobahnnutzung für einen Zeitraum, wo wir das Auto nicht mal hatten. Und gestern tauchten dann Kreditkartenabbuchungen, die mit Lira gezahlt wurden, auf. Die Karte wurde nur fürs Auto mieten in der Türkei genutzt.
