I purchased a Eonon double din unit for my VW Passat. The installation of the head unit, DAB antenna and reversing went smoothly and I could do it all myself with tools I have at home. The head unit looks and sounds great, and does everything that I need it to out of the box! Unfortunately the unit I received had a failure that occurred during a later system update which caused the unit to stop working. Eonon was super accommodating and organised a replacement without any hassle!

Purchased the Linux X3 model , great quality for the price that you pay especially with the free back up camera. Eonon has great customer service that get back to you as quick as they can with whatever concern or problem you have.

Installation went as planned. Just be patient and have the video handy on another device. Looks great and finally found something for my 2014 Silverado with Bose that didn’t break the bank. Communicating with customer service about settings. Once you get that down you will love this product!!!!

Have installed a lot of stereos over the years, but this package covered EVERYTHING! Didn’t need an install kit or wiring adapters, it installed so easily.

Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of buying.

The new unit was shipped very quickly and came in a quality box with the proper foam protection. When installing, I ran into some issues and reached out to their customer service team. They quickly responded and got me what I needed to resolve the issue. The unit fits perfect and works great! Highly recommend this company and their products!

Bought a stereo system a few months ago to replace the old radio in my ram 1500 2012. Very easy and straightforward install. Connects perfectly to my phone everytime. I would definitely get one again for future vehicles. Great addition to my truck

Bought a Linux X3 radio as it was the cheapest option. Installation was good. When I first connected CarPlay the screen went white which I was concerned about but it faded over the next day and now works fine. No complaints from me as it stands! I was offered some money back to leave a 5* review so here it is.

They got halloween sale. I bought and paid unit. In few days they gave me e-mail they cant send the unit to me.

I gave them my home city UPS points, they cannot find them. I gave DHL, they cant find it. GLS and they cant make it happen. All other companies have never ever have problems to send anything from Germany to Finland. If i wanna order a car from Germany other company can get it to my front yard no problem. Eonon cant get the car stereo head unit here.

Few my friends have ordered those units earlier. Full price and shipping costs they have found my friends home next to me. My other friends home in few thousand people village with full price and shipping costs they hit the spot.

Before you order, you should contact them because they can lost citys and cant find them even with proper help. Another nice thing to know. If you go Eonon site they publish only 4 and 5 star reviews. And if you do it with photo they pay you money back.

Actually find another brand who know what they are doing. Eonon support can offer only apology.

Had nothing but trouble with my UA13 head unit since I bought it. Mainly used for Waze, Spotify, calls and reverse camera. Apps are all slow and head unit crashes and restarts constantly. Reverse camera comes on only after I'm done reversing, if at all. Always get complaints from people on calls of poor quality from the mic.

Lots of back and forth with support to try and fix issues. Constant manual mcu and os updates are required to keep it working, all of which only resolved issues temporarily in my case. Support also recommended resetting head unit when the wifi stopped working which is very inconvenient as it required reinstalling all apps and signing in again.

Asked to upgrade to higher RAM head unit with additional cost and they kindly offered out of warranty exchange at reasonable cost only to retract the offer because they hadn't read my email properly. They then told me to buy a new one and offered a measly 5% discount! After multiple complaints they offered $50 partial refund on my original purchase, but it has still left me disillusioned and stuck with this useless head unit. I would not buy this brand again. Recommend to spend a bit more on a reputable brand to have something that actually works!

Just installed my OPA13 car stereo, have to say it's an excellent bit of kit, easy to install and understand the instructions it plays my own music from the flash drive I plugged into it too.

It's an excellent device: inexpensive, fairly fast since it runs Linux, high-quality, beautiful, and most importantly, with a physical volume control.
