Currently having a hardware/ connectivity issue and customer service was fast and very responsive to get the issue resolved. Definitely will do buisness again/ recommend to friends looking to upgrade their car stereo.

The radio came with everything that was needed to connect it to my daughter’s 2014 Passat. It works very well. The built in microphone provides a clear audio output to the person receiving a phone call through the Bluetooth.
Very happy will be buying one for my own Passat. Highly recommend this radio.

Went smooth loved the new stereo

I bought a 2011 GMC Sierra and just installed the GMX7 and it’s fantastic! Product was easy to install even the rear view camera. Be sure to preview the view first as the first attempt resulted in an upside down picture. I would highly recommend this replacement to the stock system.

Definitely would recommend to anyone needing a stereo for their vehicle. This stereo does things that $1500 stereos doesn’t do. Purchase it. You won’t regret it!!

The support team is amazing. They produced a new softwareupdate in one day to fixed my problem. Best car radio you can buy!

From order to in my hands, 3 days! Tracked the whole way absolutely perfect!

Head unit was a breeze to install and works perfectly, no lag, no glitches nothing! Will be buying another for my other vehicle shortly

Bought single DIN head unit with android auto.

First of all it doesn't fit because it's actually 6mm taller than the DIN max spec, why why why!?

Next, radio doesn't work: won't tune to anything even if set correctly to 'Europe' zone.

Ok, moving on, let's try MP3 from usb.... Sounds very tinny and rubbish, like call on hold music. Ah! Checked EQ and loudness is not turned on, turned it on and instant distortion and broken thumping overloaded bass.

Why oh why do Chinese manufacturers always do this? Take a spec, break it, then make it sound like absolutely toilet.

For the same money I went and got a basic Pioneer which sounds great.

This product is AliExpress quality at Sony money. Ridiculous!

Bought the apple play and android unit for Xmas for my son for his vw golf mk6, wasn’t looking forward to fitting it but did it on Xmas morning in 20 mins…well pleased, straight plug and play as advertised! Connected to his phone straight away and sounded and looked good. Don’t be frightened of all the other cables, as it’s simple which connectors go where! Will update after a couple of months of use , but so far excellent!! Would recommend.

Eonon customer support team helped promptly via email with online resources to enter recovery mode and reset OS which helped in the OS freeze issue I faced. Also they shared the OS installation file so I have it on the USB as backup if i need to reinstall the OS.

I've had a problem with my eonon screen. They were a very quick response. And they replace it without any cost. And very fast delivery.

First of all, their customer service was great and attentive. The product itself surpassed my expectations. I got the E46X7 for my BMW E46 1998 model, which was easy to install and worked on the first try. The sound from the speakers was perfect. Easy to navigate the home screen as well. I recommend it 1000 times.

From the start customer service has been extremely supportive. Answering every little question to help install to ensure no problems. Easy install, straight forward, all concerns cleared up with tech support. Highly recommend products !!!

I ordered a new head unit for my 2011 Mazda 3 and received it within a week. The packaging was excellent, and everything was very easy to install, truly plug and play. There was an issue with the delivery as the reverse camera was not included in my initial shipment. I contacted Eonon’s customer service, and they immediately arranged a replacement camera for me. I’m very satisfied with their customer support (especially Penny). They were attentive, helpful, and quick to respond.

As for the head unit itself, it’s still too early to comment on its long-term durability, but so far, the display quality, touchscreen responsiveness, and audio performance through Apple CarPlay have been great. The sound is clear, and the connection is fast. Considering the price and the overall experience, I feel quite pleased with my purchase. The product is affordable, and the customer service has been excellent.

I received an excellent product and also it was as described. Everything works fr om gps to swc great display. I received product two weeks ago but hadn’t had the time to install till this weekend and now will buy two more probably this week thank you in advance
