Mis-sell and AI only customer service

Absolutely appalling level of service. They mis-sell tickets for events by not stating in their adverts or when buying that there are actually different sections - so unlike Ticketmaster you don't know where you are buying tickets from. I have contacted their customer service on several occasions (email naturally - you can't speak to a human) and just get AI generated responses which don't answer question. Also you apparently don't actually get the tickets until just before the event so can't check. I am so angry and frustrated. Never buying from them again.

Fake tickets

Tickets were easy to purchase, however they did not grant us access to the event! They were unable to be scanned either via mobile or printed.

Reached out to Ents24 to not receive a refund or any form of investigation details in over a month.

AVOID, they are obviously selling FAKE tickets to take your money! FRAUD for definite!

Thank you for your review, and we understand your frustration.

We only sell genuine tickets on behalf of concert promoters and venues. Even if tickets don't scan, the door staff are able to check your purchase details.

As we explained in our emails, we're currently investigating what happened and we're sorry it's taking longer than we hoped. We did email you on 23 June to keep you updated and we hope to have this resolved very soon.

Beware!

I bought 2 tickets for a Sam Campbell headline act in London this October. Sam was cancelled and replaced by a different headline act. ENTS24 have refused to refund my ticket, even though it is clearly stated in their terms and conditions that a change in headline act is eligible for a refund.

Curtious, police and empathetic

I cannot praise this company enough. I booked tickets to a UB40 event in Southampton, and I wasn't at that aware that they issued different tickets for disabled people until a few day's before the event took place.
Ents24 was absolutely brilliant when I contacted them about this.
They were so polite and friendly to me and did everything in their power to change my ticket so that I could still go and sit in the appropriate area.
I can't thank them enough for their respect and empathy towards me. I can't express how grateful I was. Thank you wholeheartedly Ent24!

Misleading "Refund Protection" – Not Fit for Purpose

I purchased tickets through Ents24 and added their optional "refund protection" sold via Booking Protect, assuming it would cover unforeseen circumstances preventing attendance. However, when I couldn’t attend due to a work duty, I was asked to provide extensive justification and proof, with the vast majority of reasonable cancellation reasons simply not valid according to their policy.

The policy demands highly specific, narrow circumstances and invasive documentation to make a claim—something that was not made clear at the point of purchase. The term "refund protection" is misleading, and the product feels like a tick-box upsell that most people wouldn’t knowingly pay for if they understood how difficult it is to qualify for a refund.

This kind of practice undermines trust. It’s technically legal, perhaps, but ethically questionable—and in my view, it borders on mis-selling under UK consumer law.

If you're thinking of adding this to your ticket, read the fine print very carefully. I’ll be avoiding this service in the future and will be raising my concerns with the relevant consumer authorities.

On the purchase page, we explain that with Ticketplan cover you can apply for a refund if you're are unable to attend the event "due to accidents, unexpected illnesses or specified unforeseen circumstances".

We provide a link to Ticketplan for full details of what's covered, which includes public transport disruption, red weather warnings, your car breaking down, or you being taken ill, amongst others. However, it doesn't cover changes to work commitments.
