Good gym
Good gym and particularly enjoy the cycle classes.
Staff are generally great with some being friendly and some not giving a toss. Without being pretentious, I like it when someone says hello and goodbye and feel some of the instructors have their little cliques, so others get ignored. Not all though as I said some are great.

I been to many gyms as I work away from…
I been to many gyms as I work away from home. They have amazing new equipment it’s 24/7 dosnt get overly busy even at peak time. Shame I can’t come back here it really is a great little gym

You have got to visit Energie Fitness.
The club is in pristine condition and there is a massive range of equipment from strength training to cardio, even hydromassage beds for a wind down.
I only joined around 1 week ago and am very impressed with the facility and staff too.
The gym is 24hr and does have its busy period but is such a large space you will be able to find what you need.

Energie fitness Wokingham…
Joining Energie fitness in Wokingham has literally changed my life. I joined the gym soon after the pandemic was over. Initially I attended the Learn to Lift sessions. These were a great introduction to proper form & use of gym equipment. I think what struck me most is how friendly the staff are. They make you feel comfortable and they are so approachable. The equipment is of high standard and the gym is constantly cleaned.
The 3 D scanner & hydro massage bed are a great addition.
If it’s a well/equipped, friendly, inclusive, spacious gym you’re after, then look no further.

Best gym in Wokingham, staff friendly and always supportive and helpful. Also they do a lot of things outside of the gym for charity and for their members.
