Great Classes
I started in Energie fitness over a month ago. I am really enjoying the classes every morning. The classes are 30 minutes long but I always feel like I've done a really good workout and it's very easy to fit them into my daily schedule. N

It’s missing some equipments to help us…

The personals could prepare our training for us to follow, I can see lots of persons executing the exercises on the wrong way.

Joined energie recently
Joined energie recently. Really like how well its all laid out. There's never any searching for weights they are always in the right place. I like how quite it is and how covid conscious both staff and members are. Staff are friendly and greet you by your name. I know space is limited but perhaps another squat rack would be benifical and definitely a lower back machine or roman chair is needed!

I love my gym
I love my gym. The trainers are all super friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. The gym have been really flexible during the restrictions with outdoor and online classes.

Just joined in the last couple of weeks finding it a good experience. To make it even better it would of been useful to spend time with a PT for a program to work with. Was told not available because of covid. Enjoying it tho finding my way around.

Five ⭐️Gym
The hours are perfect for me and I assume for everyone else. You will not or ever be disappointed. They work perfectly with my busy schedule. They are so friendly and cheerful. Not once have they ever been in a bad mood. It's such a wonderful and excellent atmosphere to be a part of. They are super clean . I can tell that they maintain the facility extremely well. Not once have I seen a speck of dirt. They clean messes up immediately. The cost is perfect. They have something for everyone and anyone. They have costs that will work with everyone's budget and what they can afford!!! JUST FEW MORE SPINNING CLASSES PLS and more bikes on the floor 😍😍😍

I love énergie in Stepaside
I love énergie in Stepaside. The staff are lovely most of the class are great. I have a few suggestions. The flooring in the yard is really hard on the hands. I love planking etc but after a class of doing lots of core work my palms are raw! The yard is also quite small off there are more than 12 people in the class. I think the spinning room coughs be utilised more. My preference of classes are Pilates & core work. I works like to see another class like this at the weekend. Thanks
