Horrible customer service
When I signed up I told the staff member I’m very new to the gym and would like to have a consultation with a trainer. A week later I got a call from the gym asking for feedback. I said I can’t use the gym since I’m waiting for a call from the trainer, she promised he will call me back, he didn’t! Few weeks later I emailed the gym complaining and the manager promised he will pass my details to the trainer but he still didn’t call me. 3 months into my fully prepaid membership and no call from the trainer. At this stage I asked for my money back and cancelling my membership. I immediately got a call offering me free consultation and extending my membership. I said it’s too late, service is absolutely terrible. I have a back injury and I cannot use equipment prior to professional consultation. They refused to give me my money back covering themselves with t&c and saying I could only cancel my membership within the first 2 weeks. If I knew I’ll be waiting for the trainers call for 3 months I would never sign up. There are so many better places in the area where customers are very well looked after.

Great value for money
Love the classes & instructors however, there needs to be more outdoor classes to accommodate the volume of people who want to partake. Would love a yoga or pilates class. Air conditioning is badly needed in the gym.
Staff are great, gym is always clean, good selection of equipment, good range of classes & all for a good price too ☺️.

I don’t feel safe in there.
I don’t believe there is enough ventilation, particularly in the weight machine room. My hands are cracked, chapped and bleeding from the cleanser they use. I’ve got contact dermatitis from it. I don’t feel safe there.

Good gym, can be better
Happy to see a gym nearby, I can understand some of the privileges have been removed due to this pandemic situation. But one drawback which I've observed is the lack of mirrors. They are placed only on one wall (half part).
I think it's quite obvious that everyone likes to see themselves while working out and I personally would like to do that, it helps to rectify my workout form if it's wrong and constantly check pump which motivates to workout more, these are quite obvious reasons which I think you already knew.
