This gym has all I need for my weight training programme. The staff are all very helpful and have given me a lot of help. Price is reasonable and open 24 hours.

The gym’s hygiene has gone downhill. Equipment is often left dirty and members rarely wipe it down, even with cleaning stations available. It’s unpleasant and feels like no one’s enforcing basic hygiene rules.

You also see people entering together under one key fob, which is unfair to paying members. Management needs to take this seriously and start enforcing cleaning and access rules it’s not right that others follow the rules and pay properly while some don’t.

Great gym, friendly and approachable staff. Always happy to help. The gym is always clean and tidy and the classes are great! We have been members at a number of gyms, but this one has been the best!

Very friendly, good range of classes and times and lots of different equipment to use. A very welcoming club with mixed ages and abilities attending.

It's clean, the people are frindly and the equipment good.

Staff are excellent, often seen walking around helping people with their form or giving advice; which is just amazing to see! All the equipment is amazing and enough of them there is always something available. Music playing in background is often a great playlist!

Firstly, the people at this gym make it such a good experience. On joining, Cat was fantastic in welcoming me to the gym, making sure I knew where everything was and answering any membership queries. From being on the gym floor it is evident that Ryan runs incredible HIIT sessions for gym members too.
The HIIT area and free weights sections are well maintained with a good selection of equipment. The treadmills and regular exercise bikes are quite out of date and worn, however. This is the only detractor to what is otherwise a good environment to work out.

The Sandhurst branch is great, the staff are friendly, the gym is always clean, there is plenty of equipment, you never have to wait for a piece of equipment no matter what time of day you attend.

Great facilities, has a lot of equipment that's laid out that you don't feel like your on top of someone else's workout. Has a good atmosphere. The classes I have attended have had instructors with good knowledge and a positive attitude.

Small, clean gym. Staff are always friendly and so are the other members. Good range of equipment too.
