Could do with 1 more squat rack 1 bench, more bumper plates. There’s like 8 TRXs too which is a bit much and would be better if there was an assault bike

Impressive fitness service
I was very happy to be able to use Energie Fitness during my recent stay. I was impressed by the variety of the fitness machines and the expertise of the trainers.

I cannot fault the Putney branch of energie fitness. The facilities are always clean, ordered, and easily accessible. Staff are friendly, other users are considerate, and there is a large selection of machinery. It is everything you could wish a gym to be... and at an excellent price point.

I like the video/ interactive workouts…
I like the video/ interactive workouts on the treadmills. Classes are good and varied and include most things including yoga and Pilates. Clean and easy to find way about.
