The price is super attractive (5 times cheaper than David Lloyds ).. therefore there are a lot of young people hanging around and it gets super busy about 5-6pm. The facilities are good for the price.
The only criticism is lack of staff. I love doing classes and they get cancelled quite often without notice. This is super frustrating and I would happily pay extra few pounds a month but have more instructors on site and potentially more classes

Useful gym, plenty of equipment. Not enough cleaning products, hand sanitiser but musics at a good level, plenty of space and we'll set up. Friendly owner who knows what he's talking about and love the online facilities - what a bonus if you can't get in for a week.

Excellent gym.fair prices.freindly staff.24/7 too.

The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Bea the personal training I am working with is excellent and knows how to get the best out of me. I think they could probably have a few more items of equipment like a chest press machine. On the whole I’m very satisfied.

Overall the gym is great it has almost everything I need. The gym is clean and the staff are great. I do wish the kettlebells went to 40kg as the heaviest is 24kg. Also, a curved treadmill would be great addition.

All staff have been friendly and always happy to help, always been very clean gym no matter what time I have gone and I LOVE its 24hrs having children child care is hard so being able to go later in the evening is brilliant.

Very friendly staff, great having 24 hour access, but some equipment is rough and old, most handles and ropes need replacing, could do with more workout benches. But generally ok.

I have just rejoined the Nettleham Road branch after a break of 18 months. On rejoining I noticed that the equipment is the same as when I originally joined nearly 4 years ago. Several of the machines look very tired, screens do not work, chains look rusty etc. The male changing rooms need a good revamp as they look gross, I refuse to use them. The facial recognition system is a real pain as it took several attempts to get the pictures uploaded, and periodically refuses to allow entry. Very frustrating trying to get entry before a member of staff is present, especially after receiving the generic email warning of dire consequences of allowing somebody into the gym using your own profile. What hasn’t changed over the years is the positive attitude of the staff. Always helpful and friendly, so a big thank you to all the staff.

Some equipment is broken or not working at all

Really good equipment and staff. Was nervous to start going to the gym but everyone has been really helpful and I really recommend this gym. Really love that it’s open 24 hours.

There's been several pieces of faulty equipment there for months. There numerous pads on the machines that are split exposing material which is a serious covid risk. Blue roll is left to run out leaving no way to sanitise equipment, staff not interested when told. Disgrace!

Although now sorted, the facial recognition problem was a fiasco. Others areas for improvement: changing rooms, hot water in showers, straps on rowing machines, grips on cross trainers and cleaning cloths and antiseptic sprays. Hope this helps. Don't want to be too negative but there is much to improve.

I have enjoyed the gym in Lincoln for a number of months and the equipment and people have been great. However, trying to cancel the membership has been a nightmare. I’ve sent emails and never had a response, the website won’t let me cancel as it says I’m no longer a member BUT Harlands group are still chasing me for payments and now want extra admin fees. Very disappointing and has somewhat spoilt the good experience I have had. Will make me think twice when wanting to join a gym again. Ps. Still no response to emails!

Excellent facilities, maintained to a very high standard with extremely helpful and approachable personal trainers. Fantastic membership options and ease of access allows for each training schedule to be catered for.

Great service and a good idea to book your slots so the gym doesn't get too busy at any one time. Nothing more frustrating than going to the gym and you can't access the equipment you want. Very clean and staff are really friendly and approachable

It's a budget gym and it shows.
Cleanliness is terrible.
There is sanitiser in spray bottles however no paper towel to wipe the equipment with. There are cloths available but these stink and I can't imagine they are hygienic to use, not the best during a pandemic.
The equipment is ok but not very well maintained and again needs a good clean. The gym overall looks rundown and could definitely do with a face lift!

On the plus side the staff are friendly and fairly helpful, it's cheap, it's 24 hour and they have some good leg machines.
