The best gym in Lincs
I love énergie fitness, it’s a clean, diverse, fun, and motivating environment with almost if not all the machine/equipment you need to maintain fitness. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend the place do not hesitate to sign up!!

Average busy gym
Cannot fault the staff at all they’re all so lovely and friendly and kind. The problems I had were with the gym itself. It’s a small gym and over the time I was there got incredibly busy to the point where if you went in the day you couldn’t do everything you wanted as all pieces of equipment were taken up. Even though the gym is 24 hour, as a woman I didn’t feel safe to walk alone in the dark to the gym any time after dark which restricted the hours massively. There’s also no gym parking anywhere near by as I refuse to pay the expensive prices of the car park everytime I wanted to go to the gym and this isnt discounted by the gym either.
Overall you get what you pay for gym is always busy, however staff are lovely and was always clean.

Every thing you need from a gym.
Only been a member for a few weeks, but so far it's going well. In my experience it's the cleanest and best kept gym in Lincoln, with friendly welcoming staff who really seem to care about what they do. At a very reasonable £21.95 it's great value too.

I love going to this gym.
I love going to this gym. It's clean, it's friendly. Training sessions with Sam are brilliant, introducing me to new equipment and the weights. Classes are great too with Scarlet in the Yard. I do Yoga and Pilates in the Studio. It's the full five stars from me.

Energie fitness is an amazing gym all…
Energie fitness is an amazing gym all the staff are extremely friendly. They have a laugh with you and show you how to use the equipment. Also they give you the best advice ever about loosing weight and what foods are right to eat.

Geoff is always on hand to offer training and nutrition advice.
Tony’s classes are great and tailored to who is doing them.
Scarlet,India and Chloe are always there with a big smile and a friendly welcome.

Decided to move from a Pure gym to here and haven't looked back! Staff are really friendly, facilities include everything you're going to need and the gym design is lovely and vibrant. Couldn't recommend more.

Friendly and approachable. Would like some more machines in there in turns of assisted chin up machine , but given its very new and everyone is soooo friendly it doesn’t make it a deal breaker :-)

I love going to this gym one of the…
I love going to this gym one of the reasons being that the staff are friendly. The gym doesn’t get too busy either, I’ve not had to wait to use any of the equipment. The layout is really good, and there’s a studio with some extra weights in which is a bit more private. In all - I love it.

The gym itself is modern and well…
The gym itself is modern and well equipped. Staff is nice and helpful. However, during the pandemic and social distancing time, they let too many people in. Gym itself if small and if there’s more than 27 people in you can dream about doing your workout properly because all equipment is taken and technically you’re only allowed to spend an hour at the gym.
