It's a best place to get fit and tone Ur self.Its not just gym with equipments , it's a place u get empowered about do's and don'ts about food, fitness and mental well-being.
Trainers are amazing Eric,Melanie,Rosin.
It's really 'wow' package for oneself, for one who loves themselves.

Not enough classes in the evenings and no classes at all on weekends, would be great if they improved it, considering people’s work schedule.
