Really loving this gym
Really loving this gym, very friendly and helpful staff, the box fit and strength and conditioning classes are brilliant,Lots of fun, good energy with a great workout. Loving having the 4 week plan and haven been thought the right exercises to do. For years going to different gyms and not really knowing what to do. So this has really improved gym experience for me amd i feel im getting more out of it with energwe fitness

I’ve been attending this gym over three years the staff are amazing very helpful , they are happy to help you with anything , I find the classes are brilliant and the trainers really help you progress and push you through the class , great local parking , great monthly price no major price hikes like all

Advertised as pay you go monthly , they charge people even when they do not go . Was a college student and only staying for a short period and moved back after my course had been completed to find out this company still charging me for 2 months after I had left the city. Scam artists .

Gym is well suited.
The gym itself is a respectful size with great equipment and polite staff who have a positive impact on the gym patrons.
The gym itself is well suited for beginners and more experienced gym users.I'd recommend engrie fitness to other people.

What’s good about Energie fitness limerick
Energie is a nice, spacious gym that has all amenities for everyone. The staff at Energie are so kind and provide support when needed. They also give you a warm welcome when it’s your first time at the gym. I would definitely recommend Energie to everyone.

Staff
The staff is super helpful and friendly. It’s my first time joining a gym and they offered to give a tour/rundown of the place and scheduled a one on one session to figure out my goals and how to achieve them. I was really nervous to join at the start but was pleasantly surprised how welcomed and comfortable I felt.

Great facilities and friendly staff
They have such a great aura to them, with being considerate of all members with going above and beyond the needs of all of them. The gym is constantly clean and always maintained to a great condition and atmosphere. Everything about this branch screams amazing!

It's wonderful to know that you find our gym to be consistently clean and well-maintained, creating an amazing atmosphere for your workouts as this is something we, as a team, work really hard to provide.
All rounder of a gym
Staff are great. The machines are in great order and serviced quickly if broken. Lots of variety. Gets a bit busy at peak hours, so pick times wisely.
Only slight negative is mens changing rooms are a bit small, but that's probably because they use their space for more gym equipment which is great.

Update:The plan was sent out to an incorrect email id. A little effort and attention in the first place could've resolved this issue.
Potential solution to avoid this in the future is to integrate email option within energie portal so Managers don't need to type the email address everytime.
Original: One of your marketed service is a curated 4 week workout plan. one of your trainers is taking more than 4 weeks now to send the plan and lies that it was sent already.
Couldn't find it in the sent box when she checked and she seems not interested to properly explain and resolve the issue.
