WHAT A DISGRACE!!!
This gym is an absolute disgrace when it comes to customer service. The staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and clearly uninterested in treating members with even basic respect. Simple questions were met with attitude, issues were ignored rather than resolved, and it genuinely felt like once they had your money, they couldn’t care less.
For a place that’s supposed to promote discipline and professionalism, the way customers are treated here is embarrassing. There is no accountability, no clear communication, and no effort to make things right when problems arise. I’ve been to many gyms, and this is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had.
If you value your time, money, and being treated like a human being, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Good location but need more machines for exercise
The gym is located in a good location. I've been going to the gym for 2 years. I only use the part with machines and dumbbells. I don't like the fact that every time a machine breaks down, we have to wait a long time for repairs (up to 3 months).
On social media, staff mainly favor only new participants in a visible way. I do not recommend taking part in competitions organized by the staff because they behave dishonestly. So much so that they deleted me from social media for making me inconvenienced by drawing attention to them.
Parking is free for 4 hours but sometimes the parking company makes a mistake and issues you a ticket for parking over 90 minutes. Unfortunately the gym manager will not help you. Personally I received a summons for a parking ticket and if I lose the court case I will have to pay over £600.

I do not recommend
The fitness gym is old and not very well maintained. The walls are dirty, and many appliances are damaged by too much use. Some barbell pads are literally dirty/greasy. Another thing that for me is a disadvantage, the fact that the mirrors are few and narrow, you can not see if you are doing an exercise correctly or not.
Also, you have nowhere to put your things if you go to the gym after 10 o'clock.
For the subscription price you have, you should really make some improvements.
Response: Yeah, there are only 6 lockers and everyone else is using the floor near them most of the time..
