Great value gym with a good selection of classes my favourite instructor is Katie she does the Tabata Zumba and others always feel welcome and have great fun

Great gym
Great gym, friendly staff. Wish there was classes like zumba, yoga, pilates in the afternoons though between 1 - 5pm.

The gym is great
The gym is great, the staff are great, it's just too busy, groups of youngsters 4-5 at a time using 2 machines, at peak times its just not worth going, you cant get on anything

Disappointed
Disappointed that’ a spinning room has been built blocking out the light An at a expense of the members: we now have les space to carry out our exercise and it blocks out the light in the gym when using the cardio equipment are facing a wall before we would have a view of the high street an the light coming through the window made gym bright an airy an furthermore they have remove the televisions from the gym never been in a gym that hasn’t have TVs.
New air conditioning on to high don’t need to have air conditioning on in the winter

Best gym around
I have used this gym for nearly two years now and am very happy to continue doing so.
The staff are always polite and available to help if required. The equipment is generally in good condition and is always clean. It can get busy at certain times but normally you can workout without having to wait for equipment to become free. Best gym around in my opinion.

Gym good bit disappointed with classes
I have only been a member for just under 2 weeks and one class has already been cancelled and one the teacher didnt turn up but luckily someone else stepped in. The gym facilities are quite good though

Good value..
Good value... although quite a few people in there, there's enough machines and weights to choose from I never had to wait.
