Good facilities for a small space but my god the downfall of this place is something for the history books. Been a member since day one, and the management of this place is awful. The good old staff members are long gone and no one of use is available to answer queries, fix things, speak to members etc.

The toilets/shower area look and smell like something out of a busy train station. The staff closed the disabled toilet downstairs due to mess complaints, so naturally instead of cleaning it the gym decided to close it. The upstairs toilets are also never cleaned.

The equipment remains broken for weeks on end. The AC has not been working for well over a month. You can imagine the heat and smell in the midst of this heatwave.

Speaking of funky smells, air fresheners and cleaning the place once in a while will help the small, windowless gym not smell like a wet dog and rabid fox going at it. Just a thought.

The membership prices are now almost double than when it opened, yet the standards are below the floor.

Overall, being tight with money has ruined what was once one of the best gyms in the area.

Good facilities but poor management. Equipment lays broken for weeks without any attempts to rectify. Currently no ac for 5+ weeks. Areas are thick with dust & rubbish is not cleared up. The only reason I stay is convenience. Manager is never here. Avoid if you can

I’ve been a gym member here since it opened. Honestly I would have rated it 4 stars as it’s not a bad gym at all….however the air con has been broken for over 5 months now and it’s now in the beginning of summer. The gym is utterly unbearable at the moment. Spoke to management a couple of times and they have all said the owner AJ is responsible for sorting this. Give your head a wobble lad and get the air con fixed before everyone leaves.

Friendly staff and friendly member's the machines are overall good and there’s always help when you need it especially with members they are very welcoming and I would say best to go in the afternoon as it’s not as busy as it is in the afternoon but overall great gym!

It's small indeed and there is no room to stretch or do some exercise. Most of the time there are no wipes to clean the machines which is absolutely unhygienic. Staff don't seem to bother at all especially since the nice ones have left. On top of not being friendly.

Awful gym. Super expensive and tiny. Always packed with people who let their buddies in free of charge, and they always hog benches in groups of 3-5… They added a new airlock system to stop people sneaking their friends in but it doesn’t work because if you’re inside and wants to come out you can just hold the doors open to let them in. Not only that people in here don’t seem like they know how to put stuff back where they found them. Ridiculous..

I pay cash to reception and they also cut from my account . They don’t cancel membership even when i told to do

I signed up in January, paid more than I should because the valid discount code somehow didn't work. I talked to gym staff for weeks, finally some manager agreed a refund over the phone, but months has now passed and I left gym, no refund has been given. No communication either. I sent them a message on their website a month ago and so far I received nothing except spam mails.

Door system is very poor no customer service staff member is not providing proper information how open the door

I am so upset. I have been told multiple times I’m going to be contacted about my issue but the team has continuously ignored me and my issue. After cancelling my full membership in October. I have been charged for months and months and after the team contacting me and me contacting them. They’ve given me so many false promises of a manager calling me for weeks and weeks and there has been no contact. I’d like to take this further and make an official complaint to your HR.

The staff there are absolutely amazing!! They have such a great aura to them, with being considerate of all members with going above and beyond the needs of all of them. The gym is constantly clean and always maintained to a great condition and atmosphere. Everything about this branch screams amazing!!
