Amazing gym, Great Staff
Been working out at this gym for more than 6 months now. Amazing vibe, super friendly staff (Mia, Silvia, Zoe, Alfie, and all the rest), great classes, clean and perfect equipments. Totally recommended.

Plenty of equipment, and quiet enough if you time it right.

Really Great Gym
Really nice staff, great and clean equipment and facilities. Good range of equipment for me personally, though it depends on what equipment you need. Reasonable price for what you get. Only downside for me is that there never seems to be any boxing gloves, but overall really nice gym, would definitely recommend.

I've tried so many different gyms, even other énergie Fitness gyms in London, and none of them come close to the Hampton Hill one. They have all the essential equipment in a very practical layout and the staff are very friendly. Great vibes!

Poor customer service
I was referred by the friend. Energie Fitness gives £10 pounds to both, a new member and to a person who referred. We were not given these bonuses and my enquiries were ignored by staff. They promised to solve it but never came back.

I love this gym, it's not even slightly toxic and it feels really open and spacious and has all the equipment I need - the staff are also lovely and helpful!

Energie Fitness Hampton is Perfect - Compact, well equipped, clean, great energy - a lot of it down to the wonderful staff who work tirelessly to keep up the spirits, chat to us about our goals, and lead fitness classes like HIIT. Well rounded clientele too.
