Great service and friendly staff

Wow😍, I do love my gym, its fab. Sophie and the other instructors are so helpful, always available and ready to guide and support👌
If few more equip are added to the females studio upstairs that would be greatly appreciated as many of my friends and my self feel more comfortable there in a closed females only space( by the way, its the only gym with closed space for females), so, keep it up and great as always 🙏

It has been a really nice experience and given me the joy and confidence to come to gym.
I really enjoyed my time in the female only room in the gym because as a muslim I can’t do certain exercises in a mixed environment with males, but here I can use both female only and general workout spaces.
Everyone in the gym is so respectful, nice and friendly.

I'm a student and I decided to join while I was on break and back home for the summer. As I was going back to university, I requested to cancel my membership for September. I went and explained this to an employee, and he informed me to email their email address and the manager would cancel the memberships. I did this giving the required notice and emailed them on the 28th of July to have it cancelled. The manager informed me by email that this had been done.
Then on the 31st of August I noticed a payment coming out of my bank account. I logged into my Energie fitness account and noticed my membership was only ending for October and I was being charged for an extra month. I email Energie fitness Drogheda and went into the club that day. The employee working told me that the manager had cancelled my membership late and there was a collection in progress but he would remove my account details so it wouldn't go through and inform the manager the next day. 
However, the money did come out of my bank account. I tried calling in again but their gym was closed due to a change in ownership. They reopened recently but as I am away for university, I cannot call in in person. I've sent multiple emails and have tried calling the associated phone number on several occasions. The phone number has gone to voicemail and none of my emails have got a response.
I don't know if they're just not monitoring their emails, or I'm just being ignored. If I took a guess I'd say I'm being ignored. Very disappointed.
I'm a student with very limited funds and did not account on paying an extra month membership I can't even use.

Alltough I canceled my membership, they sent me an email about fees.

Nice gym , friendly staff. Toilets are filthy 🤢

Staff members are helpful and polite. The gym environment doesn’t feel judgemental in the slightest and it’s a very nice place to be in.

It's a great place to work out and move your body. The 7am classes are the best if you work and there is no transit on the street so getting there is much faster than going later. 100% recommended.

The trainers are the best.

Great gym to workout in, from the classes to doing your own workouts, there is something there for everyone at every fitness level. The staff are very helpful with everything would definitely recommend joining would won't be disappointed!
