Energie Fitness - Cardiff Omdömen 

Very helpful staff ,James the owner showed me around the gym on my first visit and more importantly he showed me the correct way to use each piece of equipment as I was a complete novice . My wife and Son are also regular users of this gym so we enjoy going there as a family .I would definitely recommend going there .Clean showers available for after your workout .

I DO enjoy this gym alot,my only critic is the toilets,I don't appreciate sharing the toilets with men as every time I use them the seats are dirty and also poo in the actually happens alot,I'm sure any woman would think the same as myself,also the machines need cleaning the treadmills are thick with dust and need regular cleaning down.

Good gym and facilities

Needs a sledge hammer and tyre and those big green beds in the pit take up to much space tackle steps be better more space in pit ie walking lunges and pistol walks etc etc.

Great gym, but it needs a good clean. Not very hygienic, it puts me off

Looked at this gym online in Cardiff st melons and started set up, saw that you need to book hour slots so chose not to continue with this gym and found another elsewhere. However the DD had already been activated, the gym took £40 from my account (even though set up should only be £10). I contacted the gym to say I had never even visited the gym and requested a refund and said I wanted to cancel. They would not provide one, however they have since tried to take another payment and have now sent a debt collector for a further £40! I had already spoke to the gym owner and explained the situation but he said he needed the money - would never attend this gym! Already lost £40 and they want another £40 and I’ve never even been to their gym!

Again I turned up to find the gym shut . Website said open but all locked up at 6:30.

Wonderful gym!
Decent amount of equipment, good variety of weights, barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells etc. You have the option of classes or just the general gym. The addition of the app to see how many people are in the gym is such a useful feature that I think all gyms should adopt.
Staff are always around and happy to help, they're always cleaning equipment, putting weights back in the right place and re-setting equipment if it's been left. Very affordable and everyone who goes there has been pleasant too. No complaints!

I found the experience of attending the gym was made easier by the manager who was there to help with any questions and or advice about the use of the equipment while attending
Will be be going very regular as I felt comfortable in the surroundings

The manager at the st mellons energie gym is amazing, so freindly, helpfull, welcoming. Plus the facitities and the amount of brand new modern equipment is out of this world. Good freindly bunch of people use the gym to.
St mellins site is highly recommened to take out your memerbship with. Im so happy i picked this gym

Excellent gym, very clean and tidy, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Classes are very good and timings of classes are perfect. Particularly love the 30 min hiit before work!!

AMAZING GYM!!! By far the best gym I have been too, equipment is top quality and lots of equipment which means no waiting for machines/equipment.
The staff are more than friendly, always make me feel welcome which makes me go to the gym more often and motivates me to achieve my goals.

I enjoyed my time at energie fitness, it was always clean and never too busy. The only reason I decided to leave was because of the class schedule is more suited to 9-5 workers and I am a shift worker. The classes help me push myself to work harder and I don't have the confidence yet to work out alone other than using cardio machines so didn't feel I was getting the most out of my membership.
