Passed my 16 year old daughters…
Passed my 16 year old daughters information onto a debt collection agency ( Debt co ) . She spoke with them about moving gyms , they told her to cancel her direct debit after the first of the month. She followed the instructions given to her by the gym.
Now she's been hassled with multiple phonecalls , emails for a months payment , plus a late fee , and a small amount of interest... none of which she will be paying.
We are now in the process of making complaints to the FCA and the financial ombudsman.
Checking with the ICO about a data protection complaint regarding energie fitness passing on a minors details to a debt collection agency.

Excellent Gym.
The gym is very clean, with the facilities and equipment being regularly attended to. The staff are very friendly and supportive should you have any questions, if something has been damaged and it is reported it is often fixed the next day if not the same day, very good value for money.

I've checked all our databases and you do not seem to have ever been a member, nor enquired about our club. You did not reply to the request for further information sent by Trustpilot or when I asked for further details, so I can only assume this is a false review. False reviews damage businesses.
