I have been injured for several months…
I have been injured for several months but have recently resumed using the gym. I very much enjoy it here and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. If I could offer a word of constructive criticism it would be the showers are becoming a bit tired. Pressure is not great. Also I notice in the right hand shower there is a hole in the right hand corner on the floor which may cause issues in the future. The lockers have various rubbish on top of them and could do with a clean. Again I do enjoy training at the gym. Regards Jeff

Love this gym and staff are wonderful
I love attending Energie Fitness Bridgend. They have a great selection of equipment, a great gym community and fabulous classes run by Callie and the rest of the team. It’s always clean and welcoming and would recommend to everybody! The price is very reasonable for the high quality provided.

Passed my 16 year old daughters…
Passed my 16 year old daughters information onto a debt collection agency ( Debt co ) . She spoke with them about moving gyms , they told her to cancel her direct debit after the first of the month. She followed the instructions given to her by the gym.
Now she's been hassled with multiple phonecalls , emails for a months payment , plus a late fee , and a small amount of interest... none of which she will be paying.
We are now in the process of making complaints to the FCA and the financial ombudsman.
Checking with the ICO about a data protection complaint regarding energie fitness passing on a minors details to a debt collection agency.

Excellent Gym.
The gym is very clean, with the facilities and equipment being regularly attended to. The staff are very friendly and supportive should you have any questions, if something has been damaged and it is reported it is often fixed the next day if not the same day, very good value for money.
