Fantastic Gym in Ballincollig, Cork.

I'm a middle aged female and am absolutely loving it there since joining in January 2026.
The staff_ trainers are really motivating and so nice to deal with .
Lana, Maggie, and Adrian are the 3 trainers that I'm mostly with.
All classes are so good. I particularly love the spin class.
Its well worth checking out .

Classes amazin. Maggie wonderful and encouraging. Facility in Ballincollig ..... Terrible Joined after Xmas shower always cold.I go everyday . totally 8 times only warm Reported many times . Toilets awful times was not able to use . sadly I think I will have no choice but end my contract

Love energie as a gym, trainers are great! Always so much fun in the classes with Maggie and James, great atmosphere! Membership is so reasonable with so much included! Wide variety of classes and gym equipment for all!! Just finished my 4 week online coaching with Maggie and really enjoyed it helped me get back to routine and Maggie was great for contact and help throughout! Would highly recommend energie Ballincollig! There’s somthing for everyone!

Great gym- very nice staff, all equipment available to you all the time with intense classes to choose from as well. Absolutely loving it and recommending to anyone:)

The classes at Energie are really great , very varied and the instructors are incredibly helpful and friendly they have fantastic energy - pun intended!

Energie fitness is top class. The trainers are all fantastic and really care about client goals. I attend mostly classes and aswell as teach the class all trainers help clients to improve their technique all the time. Great range of classes with excellent times. Lovely gym setting and always an enjoyable experience. Could not fault it.

Been going to this gym for almost a year now. Jack and James have brought a new energy to the gym that was needed. You can tell they enjoy what they do and are passionate about fitness.
Toilets need a lot more attention unfortunately. Theres times I won’t even use them. Equipment is fab and music is great. Overall, a great gym.

Air con on main floor has been out of action for months. I’d expect this to be fixed as it’s the only source of air in this gym. Also stinks of food majority of the time. Staff are sound.

Great gym! Both staff and members are so friendly. Fully equipped with everything you need and the classes are unreal. Obsessed!!

First of all, the location could not be better. The gym is very close and conveniently placed. Secondly, the gym is never overcrowded. There's always a spare machine/equipment I wish to use regardless of the time or day I attend the gym. Thirdly, the staff is very welcoming and kind. My first day I was given a tour and afterwards I was given a free one-time trial entrance, which is awesome. After that I didn't hesitate to become a member.

My personal trainer Daniel Smith is great. And the facility is very convenient for me with planets of parking available.
I would have giving 5 stars but since I joined 2 weeks ago there are has been no cleaning towels /materials for machines.
And the streamed music is awful.
