I purchased a Special Hobby Gloster Meteor RAF Regiment's kit from E-Models in September and decided to start building it the other weekend, on starting to construct I suddenly found I was missing a complete small sprue and alas, could progress no further. I Made a quick call to E-models on Monday and spoke to a very helpful staff member who asked me to email the details so they could contact their suppliers for a replacement sprue. Subsequently received emails from Richard in Customer Service to acknowledge my request and later to confirm his suppliers would be sending out the missing part within a day or two. On Thursday I had a telephone call from Richard to say they had received it and would despatch it to me that day. Part was received via courier on Saturday morning.
Now, that to me is excellent customer service from start to finish. I would like to say thank you to Richard and the rest of the team for resolving this issue so promptly and without any question (as to why I hadn't checked contents of kit on receiving).
I will not hesitate to purchase from E-models again, my first port of call for price and service from now on.

Very helpful staff. Great choice of model kits.
Will be my go to model shop from now on!

States on website "We Commit, We Deliver, No Excuses" Placed an order with Hattons slightly after placing this one and have it in my hands before the e-models one is even with courier

In all honesty I must revise my review completrely, Initially, I gave 1 star because I did nor receive the order and neither an email or any notification.

I spoke to Richard on the phone, and very refreshingly, he took responsibility at once and sorted out the issue to my complete satisfaction.

A very good lesson on how to recover from a faux pas and have good customer care. Mistakes occur, but it is how to tackle them that is praiseworthy.

The net effect, that I will not hesitate to place other orders with them.

(BTW I have not received the order yet, but am not in any doubt that will come as Richard said).

Have now used E-models a few times and think they are a brilliant site. Very easy to use and very speedy service, last order received in two days. Even if something is out of stock they keep you informed.

I would give 5 stars , not this time I got a kit , paints etc a wk ago . Were are they OK said replace not the point , point is pay for a service u expect that service. Better still dont use hermis. Were is my stuff?

I've used eModels for a few years now and they've always impressed with their range of products, on-point deliveries and outstanding customer service.

Other companies could certainly take a leaf out of eModels book, they set the standard for the UK modelling hobby.

Ordered an Arism Compressor from eModels but forgot to actually confirm the transaction at checkout. By the time I realised it was 13.57 and I hurriedly confirmed the order just before the 2pm cut off for next day delivery.

Decided to call to confirm I hadn't missed the delivery window and I was treated to the friendliest and most helpful interaction I've ever had with a customer services representative of any company, ever.

Even their automated phone system is friendly and genuinely funny. It also helps that the Arism was the cheapest available in the UK, including next day delivery. Will definitely be using again.

Brilliant company to deal with customer service was fantastic.
I brought a Sparmax 620x in Orange from eModels the price was the best i could find on the web the Compressor itself is brilliant & i am well happy with it, i should of brought one of these long ago rather than waist time & money on Chinese trash.
The postaging was super fast and the web site itself is well laid out and easy to navagate.

Thank you emodels for your reply, I have amended the score I gave you due to the fact that you refunded the entire order to me following the issues I experienced. I did find the conversation I had with your representative to be quite enlightening.

Had we been told of the issue upon our initial order we would have paid for next day delivery simply to avoid using Hermes.

The primer you supplied is excellent and I will likely be purchasing more from you in the future (hopefully without a deadline for a commission hanging over me) after the call and the work done by your staff to rectify the issue I think it only fair to give your company another chance.

I also apologise for the crass language I used in my original review as I felt somewhat aggrieved by the communication I had received up until that point.

First time I have ever used eModels. I needed a lot of Tamiya paint as I have just got back into 1/24 scale model cars. Their prices were cheaper than anything else I could find on eBay and the internet. Their customer service was great; one of my items was damage en route to their shop, so they sent out the rest of my order and next day delivered my last item when they had new stock come in. I was kept updated and in the loop all the way through. I will definitely be using eModels again. Thank you!

I've been ordering from eModels for a few years now and can honestly say that they are very much on the ball with dispatches and are very helpful if something goes awry. Big thanks to Lee for his help with Hermes.

There was an issue with an order I placed with eModels (a kit I ordered was unavailable even though it was supposed to be in stock). The customer service people were very quick to reply and was offered the choice of a replacement kit or refund (chose the kit!). Very happy with the service received.

First time I've used this company.
I saw them advertised on 'scalemates' so I knew they'd be OK and they were.
Timely friendly emails keeping updated. Parcel arrived on time and well packaged.
They seem to have excellent availability. Really pleased and would use them again. They even have amazon pay so buying is easy.

I have Been buying models and model products from emodels for a few years now. The people are polite and curious and a fun bunch. The service is excellent with prompt delivery times. They always have what a model maker needs be it kits, paints tools or anything else you might need. I can highly recommend them to all model makes of any subject.

Made an order on the Sunday and it was dispatched on the Monday, arrived the following day so as far as delivery goes excellent! I didn't order much but they do stock a lot of products im interested in so will definitely be shopping with them again.

I have used eModels a couple of times now and they aren't too bad at all. A good, wide range of choice available - not always the best prices but not bad.
Yes delivery a bit slow but given the current situation I was ok with that. I didn't need anything that urgently. Give them a go.
