Martin Pate had been an amazing mortgage advisor he is so quick to respond and super helpful as a first time buyer he has made this process a lot less stressful and very enjoyable a big thank you to him.

James Hindley was our mortgage adviser, and we were very satisfied with the service. The consultation was excellent, He communicated well at all levels to, myself, who knows little about financial matters, and my brother who is works in the financial sector. We were taken through our options; the various pros and cons were explained honestly and clearly, without the feeling that any specific product was being pushed on us. When we were happy with the type of mortgage we were after, he did all the leg work required to get the us a great deal of the kind we wanted. He was also able to advise and arrange life insurance and other critical matters to keeping one fiscally secure when buying a house. The whole process was quickly and efficiently which is so important at these uncertain times. Would recommend him to anyone.

Made mortgage application over 2 weeks ago made follow up enquiries after a week and a day ago Liz Maxwell or her assistant has not even bothered to respond or give me any updates. Do not use this particular advisor as completely useless and no care in looking for a mortgage for a new customer. ZERO STARS.
