Great service from start to finish! The mortgage broker was very helpful, friendly, and explained everything clearly. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. I really appreciate all their help and would definitely recommend to others xx

We are so thrilled to have finally received our mortgage offer after a good 2-month run and honestly could not have done it without the amazing team of Jack, Claire, and Shanita.
From start to finish, they made what is usually a highly stressful process feel incredibly smooth and manageable.
• Jack was fantastic at setting everything up and guiding us through the initial options and ways around (magician).
• Claire kept everything moving seamlessly and made sure no detail was missed. (perfect attention to details)
• Shanita was amazing at chasing down updates covering up when Claire was out of the office.
Their communication, professionalism, and genuine support were next-level. If you are looking for a team that will genuinely fight your corner and get the job done, look no further. We cannot thank them enough! Highly, highly recommended.

Great experience all round. No issues at all and very efficient. Never thought given our circumstances that we would receive a full mortage offer, however these magicians certainly worked their magic. Top tier service.

I cannot recommend AMS mortgages enough. What we thought was going to be impossible because of bad credit David and his team pulled it out the bag for us! Hit a little bump along the way but was kept calm and stress free. Communication was fast, clear and professional throughout. David, Sharon, Claire & Shanita get 5 stars from us and will definitely be recommending. Thanks a bunch guys. Sarah & Jake x

Having struggled with other brokers to help with my Foster caring income AMS secured me a morgage withen a week !
Thanks to Clare and the team ..

Really good service fast when I needed it

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish

David was really helpful, gave excellent advice and found a solution very quickly indeed.
He explained everything clearly and gave us the pros and cons of each of the courses open to us.
I never felt under pressure or influenced in any way, and the choices were left open to us.
David puts you at your ease straight away and, as the advertisement says, if he can't help you it isn't possible.
I would recommend going to him, as you will be talking to a person, not just ticking online boxes.
Full marks

AMS Mortgage solutions have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. From my first conversation to mortgage offer the support and guidance I received was second to none. A big shout out to Jack Speed and Claire Golder you have both been fantastic and a massive help.

When i first contacted AMS solutions after the second May Bank Holiday. I was scared that i was apprehensive due to my previous mortgage offer falling through for my right to buy. However when speaking to Alex he gave me the reassurance i needed to trust AMS to help me. It can be very daunting when going through the mortgage process alone for the first time, especially finding the courage to get back on your feet after having a massive knockback elsewhere. However, Alex, Jack and Claire's help, guidance and belief in me wouldn't have gotten me my offer. They continued to go above and beyond to really work with lenders and negotiate my circumstances to ensure the best outcome received. I highly recommend AMS to anyone looking for a mortgage as you will have a great team that will stand by you and your circumstances to ensure you receive the best offer. I'll forever be grateful for everything you've all done for me.

Excellent company resolve issue great to work with excellent customer service

Our experience so far with AMS has been positive. This is made possible as a result of Jack Speed's exceptional and professional handling of our case, right from our initial contact through to submitting all the required mortgage application documents. He was very patient in explaining the stages of the mortgage application process with absolute clarity. He is reliable - he
makes promise and delivers on it. For example, he responds promptly without fail whenever we request for feedback. The same goes for Shanita Nevers who handles the application documents.

The advice Alex is by far very helpful and made me feel a hot better he’s very professional and knowledgeable in his field of work. He’s been very kind and helpful during my mortgage journey and willing to go that extra mile to get me the best possible outcome. Keep up the good work Alex 🙌

Very swift and professional.

After what felt like an endless mortgage journey, I cannot thank the team at AMS enough for getting me across the finish line.

What started as a simple mortgage porting application turned into an extremely complex case and, after 8 weeks of waiting, the application was ultimately declined. It was an incredibly stressful situation, especially as I was working against a deadline to secure my mortgage.

At one point, I was probably the talk of the office as the nightmare client! I’m fairly certain everyone knew my phone number off by heart from the number of times I called for updates. Yet no matter how many times I rang, every member of the team remained patient, professional, reassuring and genuinely happy to help.

The moment the decline came through, Luke acted immediately and submitted a new application with an alternative lender within the hour.

What happened next was nothing short of exceptional. Claire went above and beyond, spending hours on the phone with the lender and manually working through my application because she knew how important it was to meet my deadline. Thanks to her dedication, expertise and persistence, I received my mortgage offer within just 8 working days!

A huge thank you to Shanita, who worked tirelessly chasing updates throughout the process, she was always there with updates and reassurance whenever Claire wasn’t available. The communication from the entire team was outstanding, and I always felt informed and supported.

I would also like to thank Alex, who took the time to help answer some of my more technical questions, even though it wasn’t his case. That level of teamwork and willingness to help speaks volumes about the culture at AMS.

Throughout the process, I never felt like just another case number. The whole team pulled together, communicated brilliantly and worked incredibly hard to achieve the best possible outcome for me.

Luke, Claire, Shanita and Alex – a massive thank you. After a very stressful few months, I finally got the result I needed, and that is down to your professionalism, persistence, expertise and genuine care. I would not hesitate to recommend AMS to anyone looking for a mortgage broker who truly goes above and beyond for their clients. What an amazing team.
