We're sorry you were disappointed with our response. We did investigate your enquiry and explained that the product is filled by weight, not by the size of the container, and that the empty space is intentional to help protect the contents during transport.
As the retailer, we're unable to alter the manufacturer's packaging or fill levels. We recommended contacting MAX's directly because they're the only ones who can review and make changes to the product's packaging or manufacturing process.
