Nice piece but smaller than I thought it would be

I would have given a score of ZERO if I could. Bought a lab pink diamond ring from NCL cruise, and the sales guy didn’t provided me a certificate as promised. After we returned home, I brought the ring to a local jewellery shop because I need to adjust the size, then I was told that there is no GIA code embedded in the stone ( even lab diamond will have one if it is big). I contacted the customer service in Aug, got the reply saying that they will send the GIA cert to my address, but then waited for couple of months and after a few chases, no response anymore, it is a SCAM company. Stay away!

And thanks for your reply in 24 hrs, but how can I contact anyone when your customer services never reply to my emails! I can see most of good reviews are from US, maybe customers outside US doesn’t deserve the same product quality and after service then!

Bought a ring for $5400 in store at Nassau. Came to ship and they were offering it for $5000. I would shop somewhere else where they are honest about pricing.

On Celebrity Summit cruise I bought a pair of earrings from Effy, paying more than I would have paid them by buying them in the store.
Once I return to Italy after a few weeks I lose the screw-back of the earring of one of the two earrings, of course due to a defect.
The lost screw-back of the earring is not standard than those found here in Italy. But it screws to the back of the earring.
I contact the customer care several times to send me this particular type of screw-back of the earring and send me the standard one that obviously does not fit to the earring they produce
Effy customer care has been ignoring me for weeks and after spending all that money my earrings are in the drawer because I can't wear them or I could lose them.
Get away from Effy. Don’t buy anything on a cruise and rely on reliable and professional people

I feel scammed

I purchased a white/blue diamond Effy band while on Adventure of the Seas in Jan 24. I absolutely love it! It is excellent quality, and with a channel setting, I have had no issues. Even my regular jeweler says it is a great ring. I am contemplating trading up to a larger ring when we sail again in January.

I have a lot of your jewelry rings, necklaces bracelets I love that you guarantee your stones. I love that you size rings for life. You have nice designs and you make a nice product.

I purchased a necklace from Effy and when it arrived, the chain was so twisted and knotted around the the seahorse that i couldn't get it off. I worked on it for over an hour, and finally ended up having to break the chain to get it off. I replied to an email from effy asking for a review and mentioned what had happened. Instead of calling me and offering to send a new chain without charge, they called and actually wanted me to buy more from them with a 40% discount....awful customer service

I love the jewelry I have bought from Effy - it is beautiful! My complaint is with the service department. I mailed two rings in for resizing and followed the instructions. I received an email with shipping info for one of them. I called to inquire about the other ring and was told they were shipped together. The second ring did not arrive so I called. After being transferred several times, I was told someone would call me back. They emailed instead and said my ring would be mailed. Again, it never arrived. I called again and was told that my ring could not be located. It was finally sent back to me and had not been sized. I emailed 6-8 times and never received a response. I completed the contact form and have now received a label to ship it back again. Fingers crossed that I see my ring again!

The turnaround was fast and efficient. Absolutely love the quality and workmanship of the ring. It’s stunning and I get so many compliments on it. Only wish more sizes, larger than 8.5 were available when custom sizing for women.

My husband purchased a Effy diamond ring from Belk. I was washing my hands and noticed a diamond missing and fortunately found it in the sink. My husband returned it to Belk and it was sent for repair. It had to be sent back to the company and it took a good while to get it back and we were charged about 400.00 for the repair. No problem I love the ring and all was good. I had it back only a few months and looked down one day and stone was missing again. Now company is refusing to fix it so we were told by Belk representative. Belk is offering to replace with another ring at the price we paid for the Effy but all I want is my original ring fixed. Buyers beware if Effy will not stand behind their craftsmanship then you would be better off buying from a brand that will stand behind their work. Be assured I never wore my ring doing anything that would cause the diamonds to just fall out. As much as I love it I will never purchase anything made by them again. This just breaks my heart because this was a very special ring to me.

Betrug! Ring und Kette auf MSC Kreuzfahrtschiff Orchestra im EFFY Store gekauft. Wertgutachten über 11.445 US Dollar an Bord trotz Zusage nicht dazu erhalten. Erst nach der Reise auf mehrfache Nachfrage beim Customer Support in New York per Email zugeschickt bekommen. Die Schmuckstücke sind nach Aussage zweier unabhängiger Juweliere keine 1.000 EUR Wert. Rückgabe bei EFFY wird abgelehnt, weil ihre 30 Tage Rückgabefrist lt. Policy abgelaufen ist. Was ist mit ihrer Compliance Policy? Customer Support in New York unternimmt nichts zur Lösung. Finger weg!

The ring had the thinnest band I've ever seen. I've had lots of rings with 14k gold bands and never had a band that was so thin. Points off for that. I don't like it.

The earrings I also ordered were fine, loved them.

I have to compliment and THANK the Jewelry expert Brant Schwartz, who helped me in making this decision to purchase this limited edition ring that I've been looking at for close to four years. Originally, I saw it on a cruise ship and probably should've purchased it then. Because it was a limited edition, I could no longer find it until the last and final call. I looked it up on the website for Effy And found it. When I was introduced to Brant, he helped me with questions that I had in getting this ring sized and delivering it to my address in California. I feel I bought a really nice piece of jewelry and one that would be very special. It's my 60th birthday gift to myself. Very good quality. Thank you to Brant for all that he did... It even comes with an appraisal, which I will keep with this ring and be able to hand it down to my niece and keep it in the family. By the way, the ring that I bought is stunning! The workmanship and quality of the diamonds are breathtaking. I would not hesitate to buy a piece of Effy's Jewelry will be an investment that you can pass along as a family heirloom.

The color of the tanzanites in the bracelet I ordered wasn’t even close to the color of the bracelet on the Effy website. I’m still waiting for authorization for a return and exchange or refund. Very disappointing.09/25/2024

I have so much Effy jewelry and love every piece of it. The jewelry case I ordered is great for travel. So much so that I ordered two more.

I purchased the emerald and their original and diamond MSRP WAS originally 19,500.00. Then when I got home the MSRP had changed to 11,100. Big drop right? Then I had an appraisal done. Wasn't I a little shocked when I found out it appraised at 8,200. That's a whole lot different than 19,500 or 11,100. They make you think your getting this incredible deal when in fact, you're not. I just feel incredibly betrayed. All I can suggest is to get on the phone and make sure you can find a certified high 🔚 GEMOLOGISTS.BBB Certified. IT IS STUNNING PIECE BUT THE OVER, 6,000.00 plus would look much better in my bank account. choose wisely I found one identical necklace for,6,000.00 on Ebay. Look elsewhere. Be careful my careful
