I recently bought some BEAUTIFUL emerald earings for my wife while cruising on Celebrity. She loved them and wanted a nice necklace to match them. So, I went on the EFFY site and found a perfect emerald and diamond palm tree necklace. When I called the EFFY service number, I was fortunate to be connected with Conquela Dorrell. Conquela is a wonderful resource who helped me complete my purchase. She was so knowledgeable and provided product details that I was unaware of. Her response to all my questions was immediate and professionally delivered. She went to bat for me and made sure I received not only a terrific deal, but also fast and accurate delivery service. I recommend Conquela to anyone who is looking for a great EFFY resource who will work for you!

Conquela Dorrell at EFFY Concierge Department is an extraordinary person with positive energy and has extraordinary customer service. She is very knowledgeable of the EFFY business and the jewelry which they have. She also has so much patience and compassion with the customers she serves. A true diamond is what Conquela has been for me from day one to present. Promptly responding to any issue or concerns that her clients may have. I feel because of her dedication to the high commitment of representing the EFFY brand, she should be the President of Customer Relations.

Conquela at the Effy Concierge Dept. went above and beyond! I inquired about a sailboat gold and diamond necklace. She went out of her way to send photos and a video of the item. As anticipated, the pendant is more beautiful IRL! The bail is large enough to utilize a more durable gold chain; I was able to use a larger chain with a 3/8inch connector ring. The website photos did not detail the bail, her video helped to view how durable the connecting bail is.
Thanks to her, we are very happy with our experience!

I had a great educated person on Westerdam Tiaan help me purchase my ring. Unfortnately, QUEENS Jewellery will NOT TELL ME WHEN THEY ARE FINISHED RESIZING MY RING.

I purchased an Effy watercolor bracelet on a cruise. The first time I wore it, the clasp came undone. I sent it back for Repair, and it was basically returned in the same condition. The clasp was a box clasp. It would not snap shut and would fall out and the safety on the side was very flimsy and would not stay closed. I sent it back a second time and a safety chain was added. The clasp tongue was very thin and would not stay shut. I called Effy and they told me they would give me a Cash credit towards a new purchase but the price had doubled, and they were only gonna give me back a credit for the price I paid. There was not much I could purchase at that price so I took it to a real jeweler who couldn’t believe that Effy would not fix that clasp. The jeweler told me that the tongue was too thin and it would not hold so they rebuilt the clasp and added two figure 8 safeties on the side that snap shut perfectly. I am very disappointed that Effy would sell a beautiful piece of jewelry with a crappy clasp.

I was on a cruise in September 2024 on the Royal Caribbean Brillance with my youngest daughter. I had lost my husband a year prior due to his military service in Vietnam (Agent Orange). Per the ship Effy was supposed to be a wonderful place to get good prices. I wanted to get a new ring because that is what my husband would have purchased for me if he was alive. I picked out a ring and then of course they pushed additional items. One of the items was to be free because of the amount items I was purchasing. I was charged for the full amount of the item that was supposed to be free. I contacted customer service at Effy and after several emails with them I was told the manager over all Land stores (Anthony) would be contacting me. Well that never happened. I tried several times to get an answer. They really stole $630.00 from me. I even sent them copies of the Receipt after the Customer service person stated, "you were not charged for it". Don't know what kind of calculator they use. When I had the item appraised when I got home it was not even worth that much. I will never step inside one of their stores and advise others not to do so.

I love my new ring! The digital try made the online purchase experience go well. My delivery was quick and as expected.

We were given some info and shown some pieces by a great salesperson aboard the Royal Caribbean Odyssey. We didn't end up buying while on the ship, but we did end up purchasing later through the website. We are really happy with the service and quality of the piece.

You can find a piece you want online and of good quality. You can also stretch out the payments using Affirm.

Please tell me who is going to reimburse me for the money i spent on my plane ticket as i am from Durban your invitations are very misleading especially for such a big company i used my savings to pay for this. Pathetic all of your information is misleading i will take this further.

I love the jewelry and do go to the website and browse from time to time. I saw my ring and fell in love with it. As it was a final call I knew I could not wait too long. Then there was 40% off final call so I jumped at it. I am not disappointed as it is so pretty.
