Bad company
Jesus where do I start. Machines been broken since early December. Spoken to Jamie the manager at Bristol depot. Says he’s getting it sorted tomorrow. Tomorrow seems to never arrive. Constant problems and issues. It’s like going around in circles. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The lack of service is mental. Literally paying for nothing

Go somewhere else as they change their contract with you
Having taken a contract for a machine and monthly delivery they then change to smaller bottles with a delivery cost. Not impressed at all with customer service

Thank you for your feedback and taking the time to get in touch. I'd like to sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by this new change. I'd like to take this opportunity to explain the reasoning behind this new move:
Historically we have found that as we are only in certain areas on certain frequencies this doesn't suit the majority of our residential base as well as customers having enough storage space for the bottles to see them through to the next time we are in the area. Our solution to this is having a courier complete these deliveries next working day if ordered before 2pm meaning we can offer a quicker and more suitable delivery ETA.
We completely understand however this may not be suitable for everyone and cost changes are also taken into consideration.
I will certainly ensure your feedback is taken on board. Once again I do apologise for any inconvenience or confusion this move may have caused although I hope I have been able to explain our position.

Our water cooler at our head office has been leaking/out of order since mid November. They came and looked, and could not find the leak. Then they came a second time and said that they had ordered a part to be delivered direct to our site. Still no part. According to their site they are permanently closed. No response to our complaint sent direct to them. Customer service - what customer service!

Service with a smile
We had our water cooler delivered today by Jerome. It was no hassle and a very efficient installation. Jerome was friendly, gave us a guide to the service and when our collections would be. 10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely horrible delivery service - constantly have to buy water from local shops due to Eden never delivering when they say they are.
Absolutely horrible delivery service. Would strongly recommend using another water delivery company. We find ourselves having to chase Eden for our water delivery on a relatively frequent basis. We put in an urgent water delivery almost a month ago and it was supposed to be delivered on 16/12/24 yet nothing has been delivered yet! We constantly have to buy water from local shops and carry it ourselves so that our staff have access to drinkable water (our taps are not safe). 0/10 customer experience.

Total and absolute lack of customer…
Total and absolute lack of customer service. They don't come when they say they will, they don't sanitise the machines properly, and they invoice you for consumables you haven't received. They don't answer the phone or respond to emails, and when you mention the word 'complain' on their web chat, they just end the chat!
