Edenilluminazione Omdömen 

Ho comprato una lampada Artemide che è arrivata puntualmente a destinazione, imballata con cura e affidata a un corriere che sa come maneggiare oggetti delicati. La lampada funziona benissimo. Senza dubbio mi rivolgerò a Eden Illuminazione per futuri acquisti!

I ordered a Flos lamp and it came from Italy to Finland in 7 days! The lamp was very well packed and they brought it to me straight to home. I paid via bank transfer and can though recommend it is a safe way - and also a little bit cheaper - to pay your product(s). I'll definitely buy from them again! +++++

Found just the special lamp I was looking for and ordered it on Eden Illuminazione webshop. Really good price and hoped that the order would go smoothly.... and it did, no problems at all. Easy ordering, good and fast service on questions by mail and the package was wrapped carefully. Fast shipping! Just Excellent. Thanks.

I was looking specifically for this lamp and ordered it with Eden Illuminazione as it was much cheaper than in The Netherlands. If it only comes to 10 - 20 euros that's OK, however in this case I was able to save more than 100 euros!! Furthermore the shipping was only 10 euros, it was very well boxed and arrived within 4 working days.
If you're looking for an extraordinary lamp of Italian design Eden has it all. The site is clear and easy to use and comes with two languages which comes in hand for me perché il mio italiano non è così buono. ;-)

I have ordered lamps (2) at Eden because they were best priced on the internet. They keep you posted by mail on the status of your order. It is always a risk to pay upfront but I must say it went very well. They came in a good package to Holland. Thanks a lot, I am very satisfied.

Due acquisti nelle ultime due settimane: ordine e pagamento effettuati un giorno, pacco arrivato dopo due giorni. Su tante lampade prezzi imbattibili, puntualità ed efficienza nella consegna. Consigliato!

All'inizio dell'anno ho acquistato una decina di lampade (casa nuova...) e visto il grande risparmio mi sono "buttato" sul web nonostante un po' di timori e scetticismo... Ebbene: oltre al prezzo imbattibile ho riscontrato grande efficienza nella gestione dell'ordine e della spedizione e, soprattutto, un'attenzione particolare all'imballo.

I placed a first order few weeks ago after checking prices and Eden proposing same items lower than 30% to others.
Received the lights in very strong and protected boxes in short time.. With freight cost offered...
So first experience : perfect.
I just placed 2 new orders last and this week let see if they are still performing.. Hope so..

I bought twice at Eden illuminizione. Both times the lamps came in strong big boxes. They were sent by DHL.I was satisfied with the delivery.
The last time I ordered Cini&Nils Componi200 with lenses. The lenses I didn't like and I wanted them to return. So I ask for a return authorization number at customer service. They told me to send the lenses back in the box in which they came and to send them back with the same carrier they were delivered. When I told customer service that DHL would charge me 80euro's instead of 20euro's if the post (insured till 500euro's with a track&trace) would deliver the lenses they told me they would not accept the package.
So for me it is not worthwhile to send back the lenses or to change them because of the high shipping cost.
So be very very sure you will like your product!

I had problems with customer service of the society edenilluminazione after have returned goods with a post assurance : a lamp has been broken by delivery, said the customer service but the service didn t made declaration of damage near the post office. So i can t have been refunded .
For the intact lamp i have waited for 3 months to be refunded because of an informatique problem with their payement service clickandbuy! I complained many times for this problem of refundement and i received from edenilluminazione customer service despising insults and threats by mails and also by post on the net because i witness about the problem of refundement i have to support..

Mitte Dezember eine Lampe gekauft und bezahlt. Lampe kam vier Wochen später total verbogen und an einer Stelle gebrochen an. Habe bei Eden und DHL reklamiert. Lampe wurde nach weiteren vier Wochen abgeholt und nach Italien zurückgeschickt. Annahme wurde von Eden verweigert und die Lampe ging zu mir zurück. Ich erklärte daraufhin, dass ich eigentlich nach drei Monaten keinen Ersatz mehr wünsche, sondern des Geld zurück haben möchte. Eden teilte mir daraufhin mit, dass ich dann den italienischen Zoll und die Gebühren zahlen müsse. Habe daraufhin an Eden geschrieben, ich würde eben die Austauschlampe nehmen und sie halt irgendwohin hängen. Eden erklärte daraufhin, nun würde man auch keine Ersatzlampe mehr schicken, für sie sei der Fall abgeschlossen. Ich habe jetzt DHL kontaktiert, dass man mir die verbogene Lampe schickt. Ich werde Sie reparieren lassen, um einen Totalverlust zu vermeiden. Alles in allem kümmerte sich Eden um gar nichts. Der Kontakt war total unfreundlich. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung, dass ich eine Lampe gekauft und bezahlt habe und vier Monate später immer noch nichts in Händen halte.
Mein Rat: die Preise sind zwar gut, aber das Risiko ist erheblich, dass man am Ende mit leeren Händen dasteht.

I wanted to order two small and one medium Foscarini Caboche Suspension lamps. There was very little information online about the company so it was not so easy to find out if this was a serious shop or not.

Since I live in Norway, and thus live outside EU, I was entiteled to ex VAT prices. But for some unexplained (and quite strange I think) reasons I could not pay with credit cards via PayPal. The only payment choises I had was prepayment directly to Eden Illuminazione's bank account or Sofort. The latter is a service not supported in Norway so for all practical terms I had to prepay.

I was not so eager to prepay an amount of nearly EUR 1200 (even though a prepayment released a 4% discount) to an unknown company with very few reviews so I contacted Eden's sales department by e-mail in order to pay by credit card, but that was simply not possible if shipping was out side EU.

The person answering my e-mails was quite terse, almost hostile, in her communication and I felt a bit uneased about it. But after many e-mails I got my answers, and they were clear; prepayment only!

I also called Foscarini to get some information about Eden Illuminazione, but they actually warned me against the company on the basis of not being an offical reseller. I kind of got the idea that Eden sells their products cheaper than any one else and not at RRP and therefor have been black listed by Foscarini.

After that I must admit that I was very skeptic, but based on the reviews from other customers at Trustpilot I decided to take my chances since the prices offered was very competative. I ran a check against other retailers to see if they could match the prices I had recived, but nobody could match them.

After I transfered the money it only took a copuple of days until I received shipment confirmation from Eden and one more day until I received shipping details from DHL. That kind of relaxed me quite a bit since some form of goods were at least shipped.

A week later I recived my shipment and to my comfort and joy all lamps were there in pristine condtitions. Original boxes and accessories (even Foscarini's official 2013 catalouge was in the boxes) convinces me that these lamps were no fake products.

Therefore I can recommend Eden Illuminazione to everyone. Just be aware that customer service is not on their top 10 list even though they deliver as promised.

Ich habe 4 Lampen bei Edenilluminazione bestellt. Die Kaufabwicklung war extrem schnell und 4 Tage später hatte ich schon die Lampen. Ich kann die Shop nur empfehlen - Ware TOP und kurze Lieferfrist.

Ordered a Kundalini lamp from Eden Illuminazione.
The webpages indicated that the product was in stock and the price was clearly best I could find on the specific item.
I am very pleased to say that the lamp was delivered to me (to Finland) by UPS in pristine condition on the fifth working day after placing the order.
I hope all companies would react as fast as these guys did! Can sincerely recommend!
