Scammers now going out of business. Will now be selling there lamps at the 2 dollar shop. Not even an Australia company just Chinese crap that people paid $100.00 for to throw in RUBBISH BIN. One star rating far too product is a O rating.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FRAUDS!

They made out it was an Australian company making hand made dog lamps in a small workshop with a grandfather and grandson making them together.

They were made to look like they were stained glass and stupidly i thought I was helping them out.

Turns out they are mass produced crap , made of thick horrible plastic in a warehouse in China!! They should have been $5 at a local meket!

The lamp is lightweight plastic trying to look like glass. Tiny and not worth the money they are charging.
Product is not as pictured

The item was NOTHING like the product shown. It isn't glass ..it's resin with a few dabs of paint. It seems I can't get my money back. It is held up by Chinese customs due to incorrect postal information; although Duneeden assured me it's correct.

Beware of this company. It's NOT what it seems to be or say on its website. I ordered a dog lamp and it is NOTHING like what is pictured on their site. It's is a cheap mass produced plastic item that comes from Asia somewhere and is not worth anywhere near the $65 I paid for it.
Don't be fooled by the Grandfather and Grandson on the home page of the website making out that the items are handmade with love....Ha! Mass produced in a factory in Asia.

I bought a lamp and knew the size was much smaller than the picture in the advertisement because they gave dimensions. However, I was fooled by the low quality. What you see as stained sections are simply rough paint slpodges, definitely not worth the money I paid.

The product is not what was said. It is a crap plastic thing. The packaging is worth more than the product.

As others reported these lamps are nothing like those shown in their add, I told them I was going to send it back for a full refund, or I would advise my credit card comnpany to go after them, telling them they are a scam and i sent a photo of my ‘banjo’ as opposed to theirs. I got an email the next day telling me i could have a full refund, but I had to pay for the postage back to them, or I could have a refund of 15% ($10)of the cost and keep the lamp. That tells you they know its a con.

Total crap plastic that's spray painted not stained glass as it appears. Vague glow at best, awful, even casting doesn't look like pics, very cheap rip off of the pics on website. Total rip off.

I bought 3 (broken ears and paws on each) rubbish plastic ugly "sticky" tiny lights.This is a scam! Not handmade and just ugly. No answer from company which is not in Australia .................. NEVER buy anything off this rubbish company Dune Eden! I've been scammed! All boxes have had someone write in chinese( i presume) on them.What a scam!!!!
Send everyone's money back. $69 each for the worse made rubbish.

Worst website I've ever used, totally scammed, plastic 2 dollar rubbish paid over 100 dollars went straight in the bin after I took photos and tried to get my money back. Unfortnately I didn't use PayPal so had no legs to stand on not sure how they sleep at night

The goods are nothing like presented. Plastic dog painted by machine. Cheap and poor quality. Very unhappy with this company. Hope it closed down

This company is a con, they claim to be Australian owned & made with great images but the item is cheap plastic item from Temu or Ali, paid express delivery but still took over 3 weeks to arrive & I had to followup for tracking information. Do not be taken in by this store & waste your money.

Terrible!! Very poor quality and not as advertised. It seems that this sight uses misleading imagery and the products are in no way near what you think you are purchasing. These items are not Australian or Hand Made, ( as they are promoted)...Very disappointing and deceitful in its approach.

Do not purchase - you will receive a very nasty, very cheap plastic knockoff that looks nothing at all like the picture. Then you try to get refund or return and it is just nonsense on nonsense! Be VERY careful!

I purchased 3 lamps ,then with research discovered, it was a scam .I believed it to be an Australian Company as advertised, to find it was a cheap plastic drop ship from China .I managed to have 2 refunded but charged fees ,then when I received 1 piece of plastic rubbish ,nothing like what was advertised and tried to return it ,told I would have to pay shipping back to China .This company should be removed from Google advertising for misleading and misrepresentation of products .

Just opened the parcel for a much awaited Owl lamp. SO disgusted and disappointed. It was NOT anything as pictured .. cheaply made and in appearance. PLEASE .. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNT MONEY ON THIS RUBBISH.
