Worst customer service I have ever had. I ordered sereveral lamps from them. Some of them arrived dammaged one was not working at all. It took months to accept my warranty claim. During these months Maria Grazia have repplied once every two moths and did everything to avoid responsibility. Or just quit repplying if she wish. This purchase was one year ago. They had the lamp fixed in factory but sent me back broken. She pomised new part but quit communication. Shame.

J’ai commandé malgré les commentaires mitigés sur les différentes plateformes. Et j’ai bien fait! J’ai commandé deux lampes Martinelli Luce sur Amazon Belgique.
Livraison en 3 jours, produits originaux et bien protégés, service client très disponible.
Rien à redire.

I made an order on 27/10/2021 , paid and have so far received only some pieces from my order, however there are some pieces that are still missing.

I have tried to contact this company via email, whattsapp, facebook messenger, and have tried calling multiple times, but there has been no response. Now contacted relevant authorities as this is not acceptable- not to communicate with your clients.

La lampe est arrivée cassée - impossible de joindre le service client et portant j’ai essayé par bien des moyens (mails/téléphone/Facebook)

J ai commandé une lampe flos via Amazon avec le vendeur edenilliminazione que j ai payé en 3x sans frais c est dire à quelle point je la voulait . Je l’ai commandé le 4 janvier 2022 tentative de livraison le 9 puis le 11 janvier pour une voir que me 14/01 elle est signalé comme livré . Hors je n ai jamais reçu la lampe alors je sais pas où vient le problème si c est le livreur qui c est fait plaisir avec ma lampe ou le vendeur . Je suis extrêmement déçu et j ai l’impression que je me suis faite avoir . Donc évitez d acheté sur ce site !!!!

I ordered a lamp on Nov. 17. The package was badly damaged and the lamp inside was broken in two when it arrived at my house 2 weeks later. I followed the instructions on the company's website and sent them pictures of the damaged product. There has been no response; they have not even confirmed that they received my email, which I asked them to do repeatedly. Their phone number does not exist. There also has been no response to messages via their Facebook channel. It seems that the 150 euros which I paid for the lamp are lost.

Don’t order here! They don’t deliver. And if you send an email they don’t respond!

Es mag sein, dass dieser Händler etwas schwierig zu erreichen ist, aber HEY!!! was ist das gegen die superschnelle Lieferung und die Zuverlässigkeit?

Wir haben Artemide Leuchten bestellt, und 1-2-3 waren sie geliefert. Auch Leuchten, die nicht auf Lager sind, werden sehr schnell nachgeliefert!
Wir hatten erste Erfahrungen via Amazon gemacht und waren bereits positiv überrascht!
Nun war 1 Leuchte via Amazon nicht verfügbar, und ich habe den Händler direkt ergoogelt!
Inzwischen ist alles geliefert (die auf Lager befindlichen kamen innerh. 3 Werktagen und die bestellte nach weiteren 4 Tagen). Bezahlung erfolgte per vorab Überweisung, und der Zahlungseingang wurde auch online angezeigt.
Ich weiß, vielleicht mag mancher davon Abstand nehmen, aber deswegen schreibe ich ja hier: Ich kann den Händler bestens empfehlen! Die Ware kommt original verpackt und versiegelt an. Es ist original Ware. Also jede Menge pure italienische Designerfreude!

Something is very bad with this company!
I am living on Madeira, Portugal, and wanted to order a lamp (€681,-). Before ordering I've checked their website if they deliver to Portugal and was happy to see that they do.
I ordered my lamp and payed the € 681 with (luckily) my VISA card. After 5 minutes I received both an order and payment confirmation.
Since the website said the lamp could be send out within a day, I checked my email the next morning, anxious to see if the lamp was on its way to me. Big disappointment!! There wasvan email just stating that my order was cancelled. Right away I tried to call several times, without success, the line is always busy. I then send an email asking why my order which already was payed for was cancelled. I received an email with one sentence.."we don't deliver to Madeira". Nothing about putting money back in my account so I'd send another email asking about when they will transfer my
€ 681 back in my Visa account. NO REPLY! I'd then send 3 more emails during the day with the same question quess....NO REPLY!
I have already contacted VISA I wait a few days if the money will be back in my account, if not legal steps will be taken by VISA against the company in order to get my payment back.
Bad experience, avoid buying there!

Acquistate 3 luci sul loro sito per quasi 900€. Per oltre un mese, da fine novembre a metà gennaio, non ho avuto alcuna notizia sullo stato del mio ordine, nonostante le ripetute (e cortesi) mail e i tentativi di telefonata andati a vuoto: ho temuto una seria fregatura.
Solo scrivendo loro via Amazon (ho scoperto che vendono anche lì) sono riuscito ad ottenere una rassicurazione circa la spedizione del mio ordine... e, dopo quasi 2 mesi, ieri le lampade sono arrivate in perfette condizioni.
Sono sorpreso -negativamente- solo dall'assenza di rassicurazioni e dalla risposta ottenuta solo via Amazon (dove se non avessero risposto sarebbero stati probabilmente richiamati/penalizzati).
Per il resto nulla da dire, ottimi prezzi, ottima spedizione, fattura puntuale.
E' un ottimo sito, ma senza un minimo di rapporto con i clienti è difficile tornare ad acquistare di nuovo. Piuttosto meglio acquistare sul loro negozio Amazon.

A couple of hours after placing my order online and tranferring the money, I received an email from MariaGrazia of Eden Illuminazione, informing me that the lamp is no longer available. After that, there has been no response for over two weeks. As I am still waiting for my refund, I will start legal proceedings.

Ho ricevuto rapidamente la consegna di due plafoniere, ma una plafoniera era sbagliata. Da due settimane sto cercando di ottenere una risposta su come raggiungere la plafoniera ordinata e pagata - finora senza risposta.

We bought the Lampe de Marseille Mini and it is of absolute top quality!!!! Don't listen to the bad reviews because this company has the lowest prices in the whole of Europe so far!!!! I had it delivered to family in Holland and they sent it to us in Australia (shipping €50). Here they charge for the same lamp triple that price. You can't go wrong buying from these guys if you want a design piece for a very reasonable price. O yes the best way to communicate is via WhatsApp we noticed. Grazie mille Eden Illuminazione!!!!

Its my second purchase from this site. My first purchase was not good since it took them to deliver the item i purchased appx 5 months!!.I just thought that it was bad timing and that my second attempt would be better since the products i purchased was ment to be send in 1-2 working days. I made the order on the 12th of May and since then i haven't received any news about it. I have send them an e-mail asking for an update of the status of my order but nothing. Today i send them my second e-mail. i really hope that they will find the time to respond.
