Great prices and easy to order. Prompt delivery. Have used before and recommended to friends. A little disappointed that the standing peacock was white cardboard underneath though. Overall great service.

I did not receive the order - Bad Customer Service
I did not receive the order, even though it is marked as delivered. I emailed, had not response back. Tried calling no answer or it rang off.
The did get in touch and apologies, after my colleague managed to get in touch with them and they did offer a full refund, but I had to keep on chasing. It is a shame as the product was good. Maybe the problem is the courier service used for the delivery.

I apologise for this, I can see an email was sent but not replied to as it was commented that someone was in contacted with your colleague Symone and they had offered a full refund as the courier had not delivered correctly. We've adjusted our processes going forward to make sure these are still followed up despite having contact with another person in an organisation

Flower vase not fit for purpose…
I bought the brocante filigree metallic flower bowl - the description said “reuse this bowl again and again for future events with artificial or fresh flowers inside” When I put water in it it leaked. I looked at the label which said it came with a plastic liner. I contacted customer service, sent them a video and asked for a plastic liner. They replied that they do not supply the plastic liner and that it did not state that the bowl was watertight on the website and because I had used it they would not allow a return or refund me.
Their next email said “ When it comes to using fresh flowers, it's essential to utilise oasis foam to secure the flowers in place and maintain their hydration. Unfortunately, we don't recommend submerging fresh flowers directly in water on our website, as this deviates from the methods used by florists”.
!!
I have contacted my credit card provider who agree that the item does not match the intended purpose and will endeavour to get a refund for me.
Absolutely appalling customer service, completely obstructive and clearly with very little actual knowledge of floristry

Unfortunately, as previously mentioned, we do not include liners with this product, and it is not advertised as being watertight. We are open to investigating this matter further if you could kindly provide an image of the label, but upon reviewing our entire product range, we have not found any instances of such labeling.
Moreover, because these items have been used, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept them for return or refund. We apologise if this outcome is disappointing to you.
We want to express my sincere apologies if you feel that the level of customer service you have received has been less than satisfactory. We genuinely strive to assist our customers to the best of our abilities. The product was good
The product was good , well packaged and what I’ve come to expect from previous orders .
However I paid for extra for a Saturday delivery , ready for a Monday wedding and it did not arrive.
Luckily I was there on Sunday finishing the wedding items off as the delivery guy dropped it off then with a “ I didn’t think anyone would be working here on Sunday” . So product and ease of ordering is 5* but on this occasion the delivery date wasn’t met hence the 4*
