Easy Florist Omdömen 

Ordered thus succulent from a florist and paid more to get quality. However whst i recieved was china quality. Cheap and out of shape. Company refused to give me full refund including del charge and expected me to pay for return, claiming nothing is wrong with the items.

1 star is far to many for this ridiculous company that uses evri tracking update stated sorting out at hub this was 4th august today is 10th august, the company they issued full refund. Providing i get it and yes tracking stated they called the item back so it sounds as if the company could be scammers. I wouldnt use this company again and advise anyone not to unless you want to face issues and not get goods and it seems strange tracking updates after seller refunds stating evri says i wont be getting item no evri didnt state this seller did by asking for returning item and yet on friday 7th easy florist staff in email stated it was out for delivery yep and im full of it as well lets say easy florist clutches at straws unproffesional and not worth 1min of your time

They use Evri as a courier so beware. Ordered 2 planters, after 7 days of waiting and the tracking number continually informing me they were still waiting for it, I asked for a refund. Instantly the tracking number worked telling me that Evri had been requested to send the planters back to Easy Florist. Total waste of my time. I’ll shop elsewhere in future.

Terrible customer service, items were delivered broken and the wrong vases were delivered. We returned the items using their return system, which were broken during return delivery, then they have refused to refund these items.

High quality glass cylindrical vases, packed well and arrived intact. A good price for the quality and speed of delivery - recommended.

Through various issues regarding delivery out of my control and out of Easy Florist Supplies control, Karolina was amazing.

I first contacted her via the Chat service to source 2 tall columns which I needed urgently due to breakage at a venue. She was amazing and so very helpful. Everything was handled with kindness and efficiency. She also organised next day delivery for me. Sadly something went a bit wrong here - but by no means was it the fault of EFS. I contacted her again on the Chat service and she was amazing in trying to get things sorted for me. The matter is now resolved but only because Karolina was so fabulous.

Easy Florist Supplies - love using them and have never had issues before and this wasn't even their issue and yet the customer service was impeccable.

Ordered glass vases. Nice product , true to description but
arrived late and some were broken due to lack of protective packaging even though I paid extra for fragile packaging . Customer service very poor, not willing to accept responsibility for poor packaging , custom / customer not appreciated or valued in my experience . Would not use them again .

Good product at a competitive price backed up by efficient and speedy delivery.

I ordered some snowball hydrangeas, they are beautiful and very realistic. The quality is excellent and the pricing was very competitive, highly recommend!

Made an order but ordered the wrong item I contacted them they said I would receive an letter via email about my refund this still hasn't happened not totally sure why but if I get an email about my refund then I will change my review but at the moment my review will stay the same I'm sorry.

Placed my first order with Easy Florist Supplies earlier this month. Didn't order too much as I wanted to check out the quality etc. I wasn't at all disappointed. Nice products at great prices, all delivered quickly. No problems and I'll be ordering again in the future.

The order came more quickly than I'd expected, which was really helpful in our preparation for our Eisteddfod. The most recent consignments have been very well packaged, which shows that the company listens to customer feedback.

I will happily choose Easy Florist again in the future.

Efficient. The item was well wrapped and posted to me quickly. Good quality packaging. I haven't actually used the items yet but they look to be excellent quality.

Opend the delivery box to find a reed defusser in an already opened and ripped box.
Christmas plates packaged in a dog food box, and 5 gift sets which I purchased for Christmas gifts were tiny 3cm x 4cm boxes.

Ordered from them and paid for express delivery. Site stated that there were 9 items in stock but just removed an email saying out of stock. Now need to wait 5 days for a refund. Not impressed

First order but I will certainly use now for all supplies. Delivery was fast and as promised. Quality of vases excellent. Brilliant customer service. when one was broken in transit (no idea how as they are so well packed), there was no quibble and I received a replacement within two days. Couldn't fault this company.
