Was looking for vases for my daughter's wedding. Good selection of products, description and sizing, and a very reasonable price. Ordering online was easy, items were delivered on time. They were incredibly well packaged with thick brown paper and large bubble wrap. All 10 vases arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely online shop here in the future. Thank you.

Flowers arrived in time but the roses were droopy and most of the petals fell off when opened. Tried to contact them to complain, phone number went dead when I rang it. Sent an E Mail but it was rejected as the address (given by E Florist) was not recognised. Appalling service. I will not use this company again.

Ordered florist ribbon and mossing pins on November 30th. This is for a large floral tribute for my sister, so was "time sensitive".

Received this email TODAY, 11 December, despite it being the LAST date my order was due to be delivered:

Our dispatch times were extended to approx. 5-7 working days due to the influx of orders we have. This is just estimated and out of our control. We do apologise. You can expect your order to be with you this week but we're afraid we're out of stock of -

It is not just inconvenient but so distressing that the ribbon is not available. Have requested a refund but have been advised it will take 3-5 days (working I guess) to process this.

Just NOT good enough "easy florist".

Products arrived well packaged and were just as described and of good quality. The problem was the length of time they took to arrive - 9 working days although the website says 4-7 days. They arrived too late for my need which was disappointing.

So it’s just been dispatched ! A week after it was ordered ! So slow it’s useless had to buy stuff elsewhere. Poor service, everyone is busy at this time of year but get stuff out quickly. I think as I was told it would be here by Tuesday it’s more disappointing! Plus the tracking code doesn’t work to even see where it is !

My order did arrive on the 30th and am pleased with it except quality of berries are poor.

I could see through tracking on their website that the order only left their warehouse after I was meant to have received it (the 5-7 working days) then they sent it express.

The problem with this company is poor communication. If you have a problem they don’t pick up the phone and it automatically cuts off and they reply to your emails after 3 working days. Honestly if I hadn’t complained I’m not even sure that they would have sent my order in good time.

It’s fine if a company has a backlog but they need to send update emails to their customers.

Very worried my order won’t be delivered in time for my event next week. Ordered on the 20th and only chose the company as said would deliver in 5-7 working days. 6 working days later haven’t heard a thing and no tracking/delivery details supplied. Beginning to worry that it hasn’t even been dispatched. Can’t even contact the company by phone, if you ring the number provided it just hangs up on you.

This has become stressful for me as if it won’t arrive I’ll need to source from somewhere else but I can’t even find out when it will arrive. I sent an email and they said it’ll take them 3 days to reply…that is simply not good enough.

Ordered a bunch of things to make my Christmas wreath. All items were in stock, at reasonable price, received quickly and well packaged. Got updates and tracking information, so no confusion.
