After 3 months of waiting, I have no product, no refund. No replies to emails. Avoid this supplier.

Fate attenzione su questo sito easun-energy.com, non è il sito originale della Easun!!!! Si spacciano per venditori Easun, invece sono dei ragazzini che non sanno gestire il servizio come dovrebbe.
Mi spiego, loro vendono dal loro portale prodotti Easun, la merce vi arriva, ma al momento di assistenza o aiuto...loro se ne lavano le mani, dicendovi che è tutto normale!!!!
Ho avuto diversi colloqui tramite Whatsapp per diversi mesi su come migliorare alcune funzion che non sono corrette, ma ahimè è stato del tutto inutile, solo perdita di tempo e ti informano che è tutto normale. Adesso per giunta non rispondono più.
Mi riferisco in particolar modo al nuovo modello dell'Inverter Easun Power IP65 da 6kw (il modello assomiglia molto al Deye come display), se ne trovano parecchi di questo tipo di inverter con altre marche blasonate, per cui non sono tanto convinto dell'originalità visto che sul sito Easun originale non si trova!!!!!
Quindi mio consiglio, lasciate perdere a queste persone e non acquistate se il prezzo è conveniente perché non sono prodotti originali!!!!

Você compra, ninguém te responde e nem diz quando envia, depois que você cancela a comprar no cartão de crédito eles entram em contato a dizer que enviou, mas é falso pois não sai da transportadora. Golpe, burla

Через дві години написав заяву про скасування замовлення, як це передбачено їх власною політикою (див розділ "Політика повернення" на сайті). Проте, жодної відповіді від продавця я не отримав. 23.02.2026 року повторно на електрону адресу і вайцап направив заяву. 24.02.2026 року кошти були списанні. В той же час постійно, на мою електрону пошту продовжують надходити рекламні пропозиції. Отже, продавець не виконує власну політику повернення коштів та ігнорує комунікацію з клієнтом. Звернувся в свій банк і розпочав процедуру чарджбек по транзакції з продавцем Easun Energy. Рекомендація: не майте справу з цим продавцем.

Still not shipped after 4 weeks.
I've ordered an inverted and battery on Dec-21.
The inverter has been delievered very fast.
However the battery has not been shipped yet (As of Jan-17).
No response to email or whatsap.

I placed an order on 28.11.2025 for two products and paid in full via PayPal.

Only one item was delivered. The second item has not been shipped, and no tracking number has been provided so far. I cannot comment on the quality of the products yet, as the order was only partially fulfilled.

I contacted the seller several times by email regarding the missing item but received no response. The phone number listed on the website is also not reachable.

Based on my experience so far, communication and order fulfillment are problematic, so I would advise other buyers to be cautious.

Aftersales team are very good at helping!

I purchased a battery in March 2023, which initially performed well with 202 amp-hours. However, over the past year, its capacity has drastically declined to 175 amp-hours and now only 146 amp-hours. When I reached out to the supplier via email and WhatsApp to address this issue, both messages were completely ignored. This lack of customer support is unacceptable. I strongly advise potential buyers to consider other options.

ATTENTION: EASUN POWER = TECHNICAL SCAM!

I’m a victim of EASUN’s fraudulent LiFePO4 batteries:
- PROOF: Battery voltage 53.4V (measured) = 25% SOC reported by BMS (should be 60%!).
- PROOF: Charging locked at 54.6V despite 57.6V setting.
- PROOF: Solar mode disabled by false SOC reading.

EASUN’s response?
- EMAIL IGNORED (penny)
- WHATSAPP IGNORED (+86 13392894797)
- ALIEXPRESS DELETED CHAT HISTORY (to hide evidence!)

THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS AFTER TAKING YOUR MONEY!

This is a changed review after receiving a product that I did not believe I would receive after MANY attempts to communicate with them via whatsapp +86 133 9289 4797
To my email, I did not get a reply from this company.

I explained many times very clearly that I was going to the police and making them famous online because I felt cheated not receiving the inverter I ordered.

After I said this I received a DHL number that could not be traced. I gave them a last chance to sent it and they did and I have now to wait 20 days for the tech to install it and see if it works.

This company is TERRIBLE in communication to the point you become paranoid. The worse I ever came across.

In my earlier review I wrote that they are cheaters as I got nothing after 3 weeks when it was supposed to be received in EU within a week as they advertise.

If the inverter works (I will know after some days) then they are not cheaters BUT THEY ARE TERRIBLE and this is a shit experience so I don't recommend them to anyone.

Ho acquistato un inverter in data 3 gennaio. Nei giorni seguenti mi arriva il codice della spedizione con DHL (credo la sede dei magazzini sia in Germania)... Nel tracciare vedo però che dopo pochi passaggi la merce sta tornando al mittente.
Mi adopero per scrivere al venditore all'unico indirizzo email: penny at easun-energy dot com, per capire il problema... Nessuna risposta.
Fortunatamente avendo pagato con paypal (non usate altro) decido di aprire una contestazione.
Ottengo da parte del venditore risposte assurde, esempio:"ci scusiamo per l'errore, ma per far ripartire la merce deve chiudere la pratica paypal"... Faccio presente che non intendo chiudere nulla finché non ottengo la merce o eventualmente il rimborso, anche perché se si chiude una pratica poi non si può più riaprire per lo stesso oggetto.
Lo scambio di messaggi va avanti per qualche giorno in cui aggiungono di essere solo dei dipendenti, che la ditta è seria e se chiudo tutto mi inviano subito il rimborso.
Capisco che c'è qualcosa che non va... Replico che il rimborso me lo devono mandare e poi la pratica si chiude.... E spariscono.
Decido pertanto di convertire il tutto in un reclamo e lasciare a Paypal la decisione.
Tempo 2 giorni, neanche, mi arriva il rimborso grazie all'intervento di Paypal.

Non vi fidate, siamo al limite della truffa, se avessi chiuso la pratica avrei perso soldi e merce

I want to share my negative experience with this store.
In September, i bought
Easun 4KW Off Grid Inverter 24V MPPT With WiFi BMS activation with shipping from EUROPE.
However, when the item arrived, I noticed that I received the cheapest product without a WiFi module, so I could not trace anything.
I immediately contacted the seller, and he said that I needed to find a service and update the firmware (need to disassemble the item and use Chinese software without English + buy an additional 2 wires).
I said that i dont have competence to do this.
Since that moment, the seller said that he would send me a new motherboard. I accepted this, however the seller provided a fake track number and continuosly ignore me.
I do not recommend this seller.

Commande passée sur leur site et payée en 4 fois avec PayPal.
Les moins: Pas de suivi du colis fourni. Livraison indiquée en 4 jours sur la page produit, mais ça a mis 2 semaines.
Les plus : bon suivi par mail, mais les escrocs suivent bien par mail aussi... J'ai ouvert un litige 'au cas où' sur PayPal.
Mais j'ai reçu le produit qui est conforme à la commande et fonctionne.
J'espère qu'il n'y aura pas de soucis avec. Je saurai ça demain matin...

Pessima esperienza con quest'azienda. Acquistati 2 inverter da utilizzare in parallelo. Non funzioanano corretamente. Entrambi sono in corto circuito e non permettono di salvare la programazione. Possono essere pericolosi se utilizzati. L'azienda è presente online con numerosi siti truffa.
