Ho acquistato un inverter offgrid 4,2 kW. È un trattore, facendo le giuste impostazioni, da marzo ad ottobre spendo 5 euro al mese di componente energia con 3kw di pannelli. Nell'estate del 2024, a causa di un'impresa che ha chiuso un tombino, il locale tecnico si è allagato fino a 2m, l'inverter era totalmente immerso nell'acqua e funzionava ancora. Un'asciugata al sole e va senza problemi. Consigliato.

Ordine effettuato per inverter e batteria con consegna in 7 giorni, dopo oltre 1 settimana l’ordine non risulta nemmeno pronto per la spedizione. Inviate diverse email di sollecito e richiesta di tempistiche ma a nessuna ho avuto riscontro. Si fanno pagare e poi spariscono, mi raccomando usate paypal perché almeno riuscite a recuperare i soldi!!

ho ordinato l'8 febbraio sul sito EASUN e a tutt'oggi l'ordine risulta in lavorazione. Se vado nella loro pagina online vedo che l'ordine esiste , è stato pagato ma dice anche "Spedizione dal magazzino in Polonia, il tuo ordine verrà elaborato entro 24 ore." Io scrivo e nessuno risponde!

Poi mi hanno iniziato a scrivere che non era disponibile, poi che avrebbero spedito dopo le feste, poi mi dicono che devo prendere un'altra marca perché quella che avevo scelto pagato non potevano fornirla, nel contempo la davano ancora disponibile e possibile consegna nell'arco di pochi giorni.ormani non mi rispondono più da giorni. 06/02/2026 ho iniziato la procedura di reclamo con pay pal. Menomale che pago con pay pal 1269 € altrimenti lo avrei anche persi.
Sconsiglio vivamente gli acquisti su questo sito.

compro un regulador de carga 8048 y despues de probarlo compruebo que las baterias se cargan al100% y no corta la carga causando desperfectos en las baterias. Despues de demostrar con video y comparando con otro regulador conectado a las mismas baterias que corta la carga, el 8048 no corta la carga. Despues de comunicarlo con todos los medios en varias ocasiones y sin respuesta. siendo comprado en la EU Por lo que acogiendome a la garantia legal prevista en la normativa de la Union Europea, solicito, una vez mas procedan a reembolsar el importe integro pagado o cambiarlo por otro reguladr 8048 que funcione correctamente y sin costes adicionales.
por lo que si estas pensado comprar equipos de esta marca piensalo luego ya ves que no hay solucion

I strongly advise against ordering from this site. I placed an order for a battery (€1,699), and requested a cancellation within 48 hours via email.

The seller completely ignored my messages and remained silent during the PayPal dispute I was forced to open. As soon as I escalated the dispute to a claim, they "magically" shipped the item to block the refund process, despite my formal cancellation weeks prior.

This company does not respect European consumer protection laws (Right of Withdrawal). Their customer service is non-existent once they have your money. If you have a problem, you will be left alone. Save your money and buy from a professional and honest company instead.

3200W HA FUNZIONATO PER 5 GIORNI POI è ANDATO IN CORTO ERRO 09, li ho contattati sulla mi hanno detto di rivolgermi ai loro tecnici, secondo me è sempre la stessa persona, dalla chat di wtsp mi dicono che mi mandano un'altra scheda fanno finta di spedirla, li ricontatto e finalmente parte il pacco, arriva la scheda la monto, accendo dopo 10 minuti un nuovo errore che non è nemmeno nel libretto delle istruzioni ERROR TL, mi dicono di connettere l'inveter col modulo wifi e non funziona neanche il modulo perche non si connette alla rete e da un mese che scrivo messaggi ma non rispondono.

Pur tuttavia ho potuto osservare sin dal primo impiego una scarsa quanto difficile gestione del protocollo BMS LIFEpo4 , diventato già da tempo un mast per le batterie al litio. Dopo pochi giorni una delle ventole di raffreddamento ha iniziato a fare molto rumore. Ho interessato al riguardo l'assistenza che solo dopo mesi (4) si è degnata di darmi risposta affermando che il rumore fosse normale e che dovevo provvedere in proprio alla sostituzione a mie spese delle ventole. In sintesi questi materiali non valgono molto

I placed order on 29 November 2025. The company promised fast delivery from EU warehouses within 24 hours. I received nothing.
They issued two shipment notifications, but the tracking showed no movement. These notifications looked fake. I waited more than two weeks, and each time they told me to wait two weeks again. I am tired of excuses.
I lost time and money. I expected transparency and real support. I received empty promises instead.
I asked for a refund. I still wait.

compro un inverter 1 /12/2024 messo in opera questo anno ad agosto mi dicono che è fuori produzione è non ci sono i ricambi

J'ai commandé chez easun un onduleur hybride 11kw (le troisième onduleur que j'achète chez eux), au déballage je remarque des traces d'usure , l'étiquette de date de production écorné pour caché l'année et la vis sous cette étiquette déjà démonté , ce qui prouve son reconditionnement. Je monte rapidement l'onduleur , tout fonctionne correctement sauf que la ventilation reste à son maximum en permanence ce qui génère énormement de bruit (onduleur vendu comme très silencieux lol) . C'est la première fois que je contacte le "SAV" de easun pour un problème et au bout de 5 jours je n'ai toujours pas de réponse... Affaire à suivre

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Terrible Quality & Customer Service

I’ve made almost 10 purchases from Easun, and I can honestly say I won’t be buying from them again. After 3 broken products in a row, I’m beyond frustrated. It’s been weeks of back-and-forth with customer service, and months of waiting for replacements, only to be disappointed again and again.

Here’s a breakdown of what happened:

One product was replaced — but it took forever and the whole process was a hassle.

For another, they sent me a new board that I had to fix myself. Absolutely ridiculous that I had to do their job for them.

And for the third, they didn’t send me a new product, nor did I get a refund. Just endless excuses and delays.

After all this, it’s clear that their customer service is slow, unhelpful, and generally indifferent. The quality of their products is hit or miss at best, and their handling of issues is shockingly bad. It’s hard to believe that after spending so much money, I’ve had to deal with such poor service and malfunctioning products.

Would not recommend to anyone. There are better, more reliable options out there. Save your time, money, and frustration!

I purchased a 10KWH battery in March 2023, which initially performed well with 202 amp-hours. However, over the past year, its capacity has drastically declined to 175 amp-hours and now only 146 amp-hours. When I reached out to the supplier via email and WhatsApp to address this issue, both messages were completely ignored. This lack of customer support is unacceptable. I strongly advise potential buyers to consider other options.

Mon onduleur SPF 5000TL HVM est tombé en panne juste après la fin de garantie de 2 ans... J'ai changé des cartes électroniques sur les conseils du service technique, et comme cela ne fonctionnait toujours pas après plusieurs mois d’échange avec le service technique..., un nouveau responsable m'a gentiment proposé de le faire réparer gratuitement (au Pays-Bas) . On m'a renvoyé l'onduleur 3 mois plus tard avec le même problème de mise en défaut de l’onduleur !!! Désormais plus moyen de les joindre, ils font le mort et ils ne m'ont jamais dit ce qu'ils avaient diagnostiqué ou quels éléments avaient été réparé ou remplacé !!! Je vais devoir changer d'onduleur, mais plus JAMAIS du Growatt.
Les futurs clients doivent savoir que ces onduleurs sont des appareils « jetable ». Si vous souhaitez rentabiliser votre installation et éviter de nombreux soucis... EVITEZ Growatt !!!
