Dynamite ClothingOmdömen 

I was shopping at 11 am at a local Dynamite. There were two girls working that day, both of them remained behind the checkout counter the entirety of me being in the store. I had to go ask if they can open a change room for me and when I needed another size of an item, they both didn't come to check on me once. They also were loudly gossiping about their dating life behind the checkout counter.

I love my dress so much. Thank you. I'd like to share my videos and pictures with you.

I want to start with saying that I absolutely love the clothes there. Everything looks and fit so beautiful. Also the staff are amazing. Very helpful and sweet, always there to help.

J'aime beaucoup les nouveaux modèles de robes et les couleurs variées. Cependant, je viens tout juste de m'en commander une et elle est arriver chez moi en mauvais état. Je suis très déçu car j'aime beaucoup le modèle mais comme elle est taché a plusieurs endroits je ne pourrais pas la porter. Également comme elle est très populaire et souvent en rupture de stock, je ne pourrais pas l'avoir dans la même taille/couleur.

First, the app is just not it! The app seems broken, takes long to load. Second, I ordered 3 items and the one item that was keenly eyeing on trying, was not even delivered, they said on the app, that the item was cancelled. Lastly, even though there is a store available in my city, there was no option for me to pick up the order at the nearest location to avoid the 9 dollar shipping?.. I don’t understand why 9 dollars for standard shipping. And no option to pick up at store for less fees or no fees even. That’s sad and just not a very good experience.

Came into the store looking
For a “girls night outfit”. Was thrilled staff just pulled me some outfits and
Made everything fast and easy! I was in the store with my 3 children under 6 years old. We left with a handful of outfits the lovely stylist put together for me. I left my card at the till by accident. Staff sent me and email and I was able to recover it. Was so happy that they let me know I left my debt card in the store.

Excellent service et bons conseils en salle d'essayage

Horrible customer service. Ordered a giftcard on Sunday . Never received it . Spoke to 4 agents that “ opened “ a case they never worked and told me I would be reimbursed for my troubles and still get my giftcard sent .

My giftcard finally got sent on Tuesday , with no response from dynamite. Will never order again

sales girl was phenomenal. She went over her way to help me find the right dress. She gave her opinions that were very helpful and everyone in the store I find is very helpful and very knowledgable and very nice.

I interacted with 3 staff members during my visit and they were all helpful and pleasant!

Shopping at the Upper Canada Dynamite location and was blown away by how helpful the service was! Sara went above and beyond to help me find the perfect outfits. I typically don't shop for "dressy" clothes as I work in healthcare and am always in scrubs at work and at home I'm in workout clothes. Sara made shopping easy and enjoyable! Thank you :)
