I have been giving nothing but a a…

I have been giving nothing but a a runaround with them i shopped for years with them but no more my daughter purchased two one hundred dollar e- gift cards and when I went yo the store there was only one called customer service they realized there mistake but they continue to tell me it takes time then ask to speak to a manager they said 48 hours tried to call head office the gentleman hung up on me told me to call customer service said they don’t deal with these issues my daughter called Amex I guess they will deal with it will never shop there again ridiculous more to the story but no one will listen
I am taking to social media to let people know since they don’t care how there business is ran and customer service is a joke ..

Very helpful staff - the lady I dealt with was great - kept checking on me to see how I was doing with the clothing I was trying on. Gave honest opinion how it looked.

Je suis cliente chez Dynamite depuis très longtemps — pratiquement depuis l’ouverture de la boutique. J’ai toujours aimé y magasiner, au point d’utiliser mes points de fidélité pour mon achat récent. C’est pourquoi mon expérience d’aujourd’hui m’a particulièrement déçue.

J’ai rapporté un pantalon acheté la veille au soir parce qu’en l’essayant chez moi, j’ai constaté qu’il était décousu sur le côté. Au lieu d’accueillir la situation avec écoute, la gérante m’a expliqué que le problème venait du fait que je n’aurais pas bien fermé la fermeture éclair. Le ton employé m’a semblé arrogant et condescendant, au point où elle m’a montré comment fermer le vêtement, ce que j’ai trouvé déplacé et humiliant.

Je comprends qu’un défaut peut arriver et je n’aurais eu aucun problème avec un échange. Ce qui m’a dérangée, c’est qu’on semble avoir présumé que j’étais responsable du problème plutôt que de considérer qu’il pouvait s’agir d’un défaut du vêtement.

Après autant d’années comme cliente fidèle, je suis sortie de cette expérience avec un sentiment de manque de respect. Honnêtement, je ne crois pas revenir comme cliente chez Dynamite après avoir été traitée de cette façon.

J’ai acheté ma robe en ligne, j’ai mis 5 étoile pour la robe qui est très belle et la grandeur est parfaite, par contre la livraison a été longue car vous faite affaire avec poste Canada qui doit être le pire transporteur qui existe! Faites donc comme Sephora qui eux sont avec UPS ou Purolator je reçois ma commande en deux jours

(gave 4 instead of 5 stars because the search wasn't great, eg was looking for peplum tops but the search returned a lot of items which had nothing to do with having a peplum, even some pants 🤷🏻‍♀️)

I love how Dynamite clothing is flattering for multiple sizes and ages. Some companies cater strictly to a size 0. While Dynamite websites and marketing imply that you have to be super tiny, the sizes are surprisingly flattering on a variety of figures. And I must add that their clothing is suitable for many ages as well. I’m over 50 and I like alot of the styles and fits.

Disappointing customer service & quality of clothing

worst customer service.

so on june 3rd i purchased 2 dresses from this store and i decided to keep the one i wore and return the other i didnt wear. when trying to return one of them on june 11th, the associate questioned why i wanted to make the return. i simply explained to her that i bought 2 dresses and decided to keep the other for my event so i want to return the other. the associate proceeded to inspect the quality of the dress and said she cannot accept the return because of the damages. I NEVER WORE THE DRESS OUT THOUGH!!!

i explained to her that i also wanted to return the dress too because of the faulty stitching at the top (which i noticed AFTER purchasing the dress, therefore it was not my doing since i never wore the dress out. the ruined stitching was only visible when you dig into the ruffles at the neckline, which is why i did not notice it at first glance).

the associate then flipped the bottom of the dress inside out and revealed stains that I WAS ALSO NOT AWARE OF when purchasing it. so at that very moment, i was even more frustrated that i purchased an item that was already very damaged without my prior knowledge of the damages before the purchase.

considering the revealed damages, i am certain that the dress i purchased had to be returned from a previous customer, and the associate who administered that return most likely did not inspect the dress to see the defects.

thus some other customer must have worn the dress and returned it with the damages. and their associates accepted it and sold me the damaged dress.

but what i was insulted by the most was that the associate proceeded to question me accusatorially and said "so you bought the dress even though it was damaged then?" as if it was my fault that i didn't initially flip the neckline ruffles inside out to reveal damaged stitching?!?? or that it's somehow my fault that i didn't flip the bottom of the dress inside out and check for stains before purchasing it?!? i naturally don't flip my clothes inside out before purchasing clothes because as a customer, i trust that the items i purchase from the store are good quality. in this case, it CLEARLY WAS NOT. THEY WERE THE ONES who sold me a faulty/defected dress. i simply tried to return the dress in the EXACT SAME STATE that i bought it! and yet im the one who can't get a refund even though THEY sold me a damaged dress?!??

goes to show the blatant inconsistencies and lack of accountability from their employees, and the lack of consideration for their customers.

i repeatedly tried to relay to them that i absolutely DID NOT wear the dress out at all. the associate was emphasizing that they can't accept damaged items- which is contradicting because they obviously do if they accepted this dress as a return with the flaws from the customer before me- then later sold me that same damaged dress. like huh????

i'm a loyal customer here so i do not appreciate the fact that i was sold a damaged dress without my knowledge, and that the associate insinuated that it was my doing that the dress was ruined even though i NEVER WORE IT OUT! the tags were attached and everything- the dress was in the shopping bag the whole time it was in my possession, because i wore the other dress i purchased instead.

i used to shop here all the time but moving forward, i refuse to give my business to a store that lacks accountability and treats customers this unfairly.

since the associate was stern that i could not get a refund, i asked the associate for store credit at least but she said she was unable to do that too.

i'm very unhappy with the customer service and for being a victim of purchasing a damaged dress from here when i never wore it out, and i could not get my refund considering.

i'm not one to complain but this was absolutely unacceptable. please do better.

Their mistake, my problem

Bought a dress, tried it on at home and did not like it. Went to return it and they would not accept it back because the cashier put down the wrong pattern of the dress on the receipt. Now I am stuck with a 100$ dress that does not suit me one bit because the employees made a mistake and the store and manager won't do anything about it.
