Kelsey Whitehouse handled our defence against a legal claim made against us in a calm and professional manner. Despite no doubt handling many cases in parallel, she gained a quick grasp of the details and gave us a very personal service, crafting each step with great care, sometimes having to keep us on track, by counselling me against adopting emotional or radical approaches. The case was resolved at mediation, and Kelsey took the trouble to travel in person to help the process, along with our barrister.

We're a small parish council who had traveller issue. We found working with DWF to be a clear and 'simple' process once we had provided all the necessary detail.
Once the Court papers had been submitted, both ourselves and DWF were let down by the extremely slow court process. However once clear of the court process, working with DWF, we quickly concluded the issue with a positive outcome for the parish council

Very prompt reply to any queries, explanation of the legal process to make a claim was clear. Once all the relevant information and documents were in place they were submitted to the court. The money from the Court was paid into my account without delay.

The best part of our experience with DWF (Liverpool) was the responsiveness. Our queries and concerns were always acknowledged and then answered as soon as possible. They were very professional throughout.
Due in part to Covid, our case was very protracted ( four and a half years). Aspects of our property/access claim did perhaps fall foul of the lack of site visit until we got to mediation. However, this is no doubt common practice these days?

We are a retired couple, and David Hulbert of DFW Law has worked with us for almost three years now trying to resolve a long standing dispute. He has kept us up to date at all times and has always acted in a calm, professional manner. His guidance and calm professionalism throughout this period has helped reduce the stress we have been under, and, through his expertise has achieved a better than expected result. The date of this review is after closure of the case which has been ongoing for almost three years!

These clowns are not lawyers, they are glorified 'debt collectors' and debt adjusters.

I supposedly owed £25000 for damage caused after a car accident that my Insurance Policy 'Didn't Cover.

The insurers past it on to these planks after the Insurers failed to provide me with receipts and invoices which was reasonable request. 'Markerstudy', the insurers of mine, wrote communications in letters to me which were completely full of grammatical and syntax errors and some didn't even have any punctuation. Most of their letters looked like a five year old could have drafted them.🤣

I was not prepared to repay anything unless I had those receipts. It wasn't until I received a threat from a rather dense 'Debt Adjuster' from DWF Law who intended to sue me on their 'behalf' - that I finally received laughably bad photoscanned PDF copies of those receipts and invoices.

What makes this whole thing hilarious is that they chose to petition for my Bankruptcy which effectively wiped out the 'debt'.

I found a much better work situation afterwards and could have been able to repay the debt very easily.

Every so often I laugh out loud when thinking about how much he invested in trying to ruin me, but ended up with no money from it.

Was it all worth it baldilocks? 🤣You ended up with huge admin costs in pursuit of £0.00 🤣
