Fantastic experience to deal with such a professional firm and in particular Richard Parker who throughout the process provide updates and expert advice on the case.

Solicitors have a duty of care to their clients and listen to them, but this firm is far from that. Incompetent, useless and a complete waste of time. This firm was appointed by our insurance company. I'm glad I no longer need to deal with this pathetic firm again. NEVER AGAIN... if this firm is EVER appointed to anyone via their insurance company, REFUSE and opt for a different legal representative.

I had some some external work completed by Openreach at my property in September of last year.
The engineer that attended damaged the property and this issue has still not been resolved since then. This has been ongoing for over half a year.

Between Openreach, DWF and BT everyone has been incredibly neglectful of this situation.

I followed all of the requested procedures when this started. I contacted BT, DWF, etc. After filling in the forms and providing all of the information, DWF responded mid October stating that after some investigation they found out it was a company by the name of 'KN Group' who did the work, and therefore I should deal with them.

KN Group never got in touch with me, and after I tried for weeks, they responded stating that it wasn't them working there and referred my claim back to DWF.

I have been trying to get in touch with DWF since October of last year. I am yet to receive any reply via email / phone etc.

I am expecting the price of the repairs and compensation for the utter inconvenience caused.

Very professional service. Would highly recommend to anyone. David was great at explaining things without all the Legal jargon to somebody who does not speak Jargon. A great result in the end and made a very tedious boring issue a lot more bearable.

We had a building problem with our Grade II listed property. Our insurance company were linked to DWF and we were allocated one of their Solicitors to deal with our case. We were fortunate to have one of their Partners (David Hulbert) specialising in Dispute Resolutions to take on our complex issues. I would give no stars, appointed by my insurance company in 2021, das law, to deal with a tenant landlord scenario, they first contacted the landlord a year after being assigned, it's now 2024, and it got resolved by me going to environmental health, where the landlord reacted in 2 weeks, and been resolved, not been able to shower bathe, for 2 and half years in a property I pay rent for, they are nothing more than scammers taking money and doing nothing, this should of been resolved, in the first 3 months, so 2 and a half years, and they never resolved it, I had to send the evidence multiple times, no body go to them for landlord tenant disputes they are useless, major complaint going in now, and a subject access request for all communication with the housing association to see exactly what they done in this time, they were assigned in November of 2021, it's now 2024, and was recently resolved, by me contacting my local environmental health, I have made many complaints via the company das law who appointed them to get them to move quicker, each time they would then contact me, letting me think they were doing something, then went quiet again, and it was getting like the never ending story

Good Service. I was kept up to date and the representative had a good clear understanding on the situation when we final got around to going to the small claims court. All my money was rightfully paid out with intrest

My contact at DWF was Kelsey Whitehouse, she kept me updated during a very stressful situation, the result in the end was fantastic and Kelsey dealt with my many issues professionally and promptly. I had done my due diligence when assigned to DWF and I was concerned after reading the many reviews BUT in their line of business you will always get winners and losers and its predominately the losers that are fired up and very quick to write a negative review. My experience with DWF and Kelsey Whitehouse has been superb and a well deserved 5 stars from me.

I had a a big company rip me off nearly £2000, it was such a stressful time, Heather and Molly went above and beyond, they were prompt, they even reminded me to reply to an email to speed the process up, my experience with solicitors is the opposite and usually trying to avoid work, not Heather. Genuinely amazing team there I would insist that they were my team again but hopefully I'm never in that situation again!

I haven't seen such diabolical services in my whole life. Just because you provide service through my insurance, it doesn't mean it's free.

My case was transferred to you months ago and so far, the only thing that has happened is ignored calls, emails and requests to communicate. I achieved more in 2 days along (without legal training) than you have done since you took the case on.

I also made an only complaint 2 weeks ago and I didn't get a complaint reference number or your complaints procedure. I called to complain about that too and it was ignored.

No wonder 76% of the reviews are 1-star ratings. If I could have given 0, I would have. It seems you spend more time replying to these comments than improving your service.

Where Do i even begin?

Well, startline Finance sold me a car with a stolen engine in which i refused to pay and was seeking legal options.

The instructed these clowns who began to chase me for the money which i was not going to pay so they took me to court. I submitted a SAR request to obtain documents i could use in my defense, however, startline refused to provide me with the documents and call recordings i needed. I asked the law firm to agree an extension to the hearing to give me time to obtain the documents. They declined (what i suspect they knew they would lose the case with them recordings)

Anyway, they took me to court and didn't mention anything about the stolen engine in the car which they lied to court, which i have applied to have the judgment set aside and i have also reported the law firm to the SRA for this and mentioned this in my court documents.

I moved the car so it couldn't be found and stored it ay my partners house while i obtained the info i needed from Startline.

DWF and Startline refused to provide said documents and as a result Startline sent thugs to intimidate me in tracksuits, followed me from my house to my clients house and tied tethering me to return the car.

They had the people follow me form my house to a clients house and then intimidate me another day. The client who i was working for is under witness protection due to abuse and the people they sent round are friends with her abuser..... how can this even be legal?

Startline have told me that the instruction came from DWF so they have employed some local thugs to follow me around to try and locate the car and then intimidate me when they realize i was not going to lead them to it.

I submitted a SAR to DWF and they have tried to refuse to provide some documents under "legal privilege" which i will of course challenge in court.

Service is slow, not helpful. Don't want bother taking case up if legal expense from home ins. They are not will do take cases, where no no fee. Staff can't find any information about your tenants who have ruined landlords property. Not will to help....
