New Lenovo 2 in 1…
I chose to buy a new Lenovo 2 in 1 notebook directly. There was an option for interest free and upon consideration - cash vs interest free I decided to opt for the latter. Lenovo and Duologi made it very easy. I manage my income and expenditure carefully and having this additional monthly payment was not problematic for me. My thanks to Lenovo and Duologi for the ease of process.

I got accepted for finance eventually.
I got accepted for finance eventually. When I went through the online process of ordering the product and the financing I thought it only wanted a copy of my payslip, which I sent but got rejected. Duologi also sent an email in which they requested two items, a copy of my payslip and a copy of either my driving license or passport, I clicked on the link in the email and uploaded copies of my payslip and driving license, and got accepted. So I recommend waiting for the email they send you and click on the link inside, once you have the copies of what they are requesting to upload.

I am satisfied with the process
I am satisfied with the process, my only negative point would be the approval time that was taken i felt was too long and I had to phone the next day to find out what stage my application was at. I had spent my working career in the finance business and I would have had approvals in seconds, but overall I am happy
