Needed a new

Needed a new bed but couldn't afford to pay out in one go so with the help of Duologi I was able to spread the cost over 12 months and was easy and straight forward to arrange. I now have a new bed and sleep soundly and it only took 3 working days to arrive.

Please avoid at ALL cost! Terrible service.

Do yourself some good and avoid at all costs if possible. They’ve been unable to set up a simple direct debit for what is coming up to an entire year now! Customer service has been completely inept, and constantly contradicting each other.

Worst experience ever, genuinely. And I’m not someone who typically ever leaves bad reviews.

Personal buying the mattress was…

Personal buying the mattress was easy,quick delivery but when I spoke to the delivery guys I explained that my wife was disabled and could they put the mattress just inside the porch, yes no problem, but no left outside and we had to get a friend to bring it in.

I was introduced to this company when I bought a shower.

Some customer journeys take weeks with signing paperwork and scanning documents.
