Great product , bad delivery experience

The delivery guys , well not so helpful !!
My wife had to ask the two delivery guys to walk it to our door .
They basically wanted to leave it there in the lobby .( policy states delivery to your door )
I had another mattress from Emma delivered at a rental property of mine and the delivery guys couldn’t of been more helpful .
I will say as a business owner my self , your product is fantastic but due to the delivery guys ,
I would not recommend you .

Excellent service from this company, kept me up to date with the progress of my application, I had a slight issue at the end of the on-line application a sign popped up saying 'Ooops error' or words to that effect, as it was over the weekend so I didn't take much notice, it was rectified by the Monday, no problems, very good all round.

Too much hassle wouldn't recommend
Took a 3 part loan arranged through yopa. Paid as per instructed, but 6 months later started to recieve emails demanding payment. Trued to phone but only get answer machine, left messages explaining it has been paid in full, with dates of payments, but yet more emails demanding payment.
Actually spoke to someone via email, advised him of our payments and told he would review the case.
Will never use these again, too much hassle once the loan is complete.

Easy and helpful
When applying for credit my phone was buffering for a long time. I contacted the company and they sorted it out -all very easy. The company I was buying a product from told me there was a 6 week delay, which worked out to be 7 weeks in the end but my first payment wasn’t taken until after I received the product.
